This gorgeous 1,100 sq ft contemporary space boasts hardwood floors, 20 ft high wooden ceilings and beams, and an interior flagstone wall. A true mountain lodge feeling!! Includes gas fireplace; granite counter tops and glass doors in the kitchen area; flagstone floor and cedar closet in the bathroom! For sleeping there are two queen sized beds, a set of handmade wooden bunk beds, and a large overstuffed sofa. Above the garage in the carriage house; it was built using sandstone from the original bank barn. Located on a 6.5 acre working farm with goats, chickens, and a donkey - beautiful scenery, vegetable and flower gardens in season! And of course central air for those warm days! Guests can participate around the farm if they wish. And campfires are available weather permitting. The hosts, Richard and Nancy, offer classes in pie-making, cheese-making, native wild flowers, gardening for children, among others. Other amenities include: TV with amazon prime, netflix, and hulu; wifi; and farm to table breakfasts can be arranged.

Summary: This wonderful little farm brings out the country living in you. If this is the way you wat to experience then this is the place for you. The accommodations are exemplary down to the tiniest detail.

Summary: Nancy and Richard were wonderful hosts who gave us a detailed tour of the farm’s garden and animals. The kids had such a great time and the studio apartment was very clean. We look forward to coming again!

Summary: The property is beautiful and a wonderful experience is available for those who are staying multiple days without having other plans. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to take advantage of all the farm has to offer, as we were only in town for a couple days for a basketball tournament and were on the go the whole time other than to sleep. Nancy & Richard were wonderful hosts and the pride they take in their little slice of heaven here on Earth makes me want to return to be able to take advantage of more there! Lovely stay!

Summary: We had a comfortable, delightful stay. Nancy and Richard were charming hosts, very knowledgeable, accommodating and helpful. We stayed 3 nights in the apartment and one in their home at the B&B and enjoyed all 4 nights. We also had a beautiful breakfast with them one morning and while we didn't participate in the animal feeding, we enjoyed everything about the property, including learning many things about planting, composting and the overall beauty. We will definitely plan to return and stay with them again. Highly recommend this property. Great location, close to dining options, grocery store and overall just beautiful landscape and countryside.

Summary: Beautiful, cozy, perfect carriage house set on a farm. The open floor concept and high ceilings give this space a mountain lodge feel. We had a very restful stay! Netflix included 😊 The hosts are super friendly and caring. Can’t wait to come back to this place in the summer to see the garden and farm animals again.

Summary: We absolutely loved this room. Perfect for a small family or just 2 people. We went away for family time and all got to enjoy this place. The room was clean very well kept and Nancy and Richard were very nice and friendly. The kids really enjoyed feeding the animals and playing with the cats. They also enjoyed playing piano and guitar with Nancy and Richard. We would love to come back again!! There is also things to drive to that aren't too far of a drive. We visited the Eastland alpacas, went to shady maple area, kitchen kettle,and outlets

Summary: We really enjoyed our time here---comfortable living space, opportunity for our son to interact with the goats and chickens and breakfast included freshly picked vegetables from the garden. We'd definitely come back and stay again. The studio apt. does have a set of stairs going up, a bit steep so I wouldn't recommend to someone with mobility issues. Nancy and Richard have rooms in their main house that might be better suited. Being in the separate apt was ideal for us traveling with our 3 year old.
