Summary: Accommodated our larger group quite well. Extremely close to all of the shopping you need for a weekend away (grocery, coffee, restaurants, etc.) Listing was very accurate. Large backyard for outdoor activities, all the amenities needed. Decor, finishings and paint a little dated - but that did not impact our stay. Great space for a larger group, including number of bathrooms - looking forward to staying here again.

Summary: The property is in a lovely neighborhood and very close to the campus/stadium/city to be highly convenient. Road noise from 94 in backyard is loud, but backyard is very pretty, well kept and the deck is a nice hangout spot. Extremely spacious with room for many. Furnishings are sparse but satisfactory and the house is well loved on the inside with several wall scuffs and worn floorboards but nothing that would inconvenience a stay. Cleaning service didn't get the cleaner right for the varnish, but the stickiness faded quickly. Basement is spacious, but also sparse and shoes are a must if standing for prolonged time downstairs. Overall we loved our time here, it was exactly what we needed and you couldn't beat the price. Very happy.

Summary: Convenient location with access to stores and movie theaters. Great backyard but needs some outdoor toys like Bocce Ball. Great fire fly display. The house presented like someone just moved out so random stacks of personal belongings left in closets and lots of holes in walls. Could use some paint. Kitchen was not well supplied...needed oven mitts, wine opener and a cheese grader among other kitchen tools. Oven was extremely dirty and set off the smoke alarms. Nice electric BBQ. Post said it slept 12 but really only 8 comfortably. Had to buy air mattresses for kids. Weird couch thing in office not comfortable. The house seemed permanently set at 66 and fought with it all week. No instructions were left and garbage was full. We asked the neighbors when to put out trash. Dining table seems like it is broken too. Could have used a few more outdoor chairs. Overall great for the proximity of our family function and the billard table was a hit.

Summary: The house was spacious and clean, exactly as advertised, convenient and pleasantly located. Our family stayed several days for a wedding in the area and could not have asked for a better place.
