Summary: What a view! We absolutely loved the quirkiness of Kneedeep. Perfect spot for big groups, easy launch off the beach for boating. The double mattresses down stairs are definitely due for an upgrade but others it has everything you need for a good time away

Summary: We enjoyed another lovely family holiday at Kneedeep. The house is set up to handle entertainment in all weathers. The panoramic view is ever-changing, so even being indoors, we didn't feel deprived and could see what was going on. The weather improved for the last days of our stay and the location for diving and fishing was once again ideal. We love that the bach is truly kiwi iconic, no fuss, no frills and just like staying at Grandma's. We can fully relax. Thanks Shane and family!

Summary: We loved our stay at this comfortable, authentic Kiwi bach, with plenty of room. It was hard to get to on a gravel road, so we are glad we didn't try to bring our boat. The views and shoreline with tide pools made for fantastic explores. No internet though, and that was a problem for one member of the family who had to work, but the rest of us enjoyed the peace and remoteness.

Summary: Amazing location, saw some dolphins off the deck. Well equipped with everything you would need including kitchen appliances. Big back yard area including filleting bench and swings. Plenty of space and was nice and clean when we arrived. Typical old kiwi Bach, rough around the edges but perfect for a big group. Recommend taking mattress toppers for extra comfort if you don’t sleep well. Lots of books and board games available too 🙌
