Summary: Stayed at Matt's place for Labor Day weekend. It was perfect for our group of 9 adults and 2 children under the age of 3. Plenty of beds, alot of room to just hang out, and a full kitchen where we cooked all of our meals. There was also a bonfire pit and a patio set in the backyard to enjoy. The small beach just blocks away was perfect for young kids and also watching the sunset. Also a close drive to Grand Haven and an easy drive to Michigan Adventure. The neighborhood was peaceful and everything we needed was close by. Would definitely stay here again when we visit the west side of the state.

Summary: the property is within sight of the Lake. It had a walkable great little beach right down the road. The bike trails around there are amazing. We rode out for coffee every morning and all the way to Grand Haven and back with four kids under 12. Cottage has a nice central dining area and we enjoyed the back porch for conversation and coffee every morning. Only drawback was the second half bath was only available via a bedroom. All in all this extended family had a great time.

Summary: The host was very prompt with communication, we were actually allowed to check in a bit sooner than we expected, which worked out perfect. The rooms were cute and comfortable. There ended up being 7 of us who stayed there and we all were very impressed with everything. We wouldn't hesitate to rent this property again.

Summary: This is our second year renting Matt’s cottage over the 4th of July holiday. Great space, very comfortable for our family reunion, easy walking distance to Spring Lake, large fenced in yard with comfortable seating area, fire pit and grill. We had a wonderful time and are already talking about getting everyone together again there next year. Matt was easy to reach with questions and and all around excellent host. Thank you!

Summary: The picture on line of property was very out of date Covered with weeds, trees, bushes Towels thin & rough Dress drawers in one bedroom didn’t open. Toilet seat in main bathroom came apart but we fixed Only positive was close to golf course

Summary: What a gem of a property. It has all the amenities for a family of six to eight, although there may be some fighting for the one shower. The dining area has what looks like a ten-foot table with two long benches -- great for family dinners if you don't mind sitting next to one another. It was just the two of us so we used it as a staging table for all our stuff. The living room is where you really can relax and not lose the pleasures of streaming TV! Not only that, but if the adults want to watch their shows and the kids another there's another streaming TV in the back den. Yes indeed there is a small beach just a five minute walk from what I would call an eclectic neighborhood with small cottage houses to beautiful large homes. We had a great time.
