Summary: Can not say enough good things about this property. Immaculate, wonderful layout of bedrooms, spacious and the view of the river is incredible all day long. The owner is flexible and helpful. It is very close to downtown Chattanooga. Have stayed there twice and hope to again.

Summary: We were in town for an event held on the Tennessee River based at Ross’ Landing. Jim’s house was the perfect location for a group of best friends to stay. We spent all our time on the outdoor patios overlooking downtown and the river. The house was clean and beautifully designed. Thanks for a great stay!

Summary: Jim made everything easy, from check in to leaving. He made sure everything was okay, and was quick to respond to questions. The space was immaculate and a great location with views of the river and downtown. Just delightful!

Summary: We visit Chattanooga often and this property is by far our favorite so far. The views of downtown Chattanooga, Lookout Mountain, the river and bridges are absolutely beautiful with nice porches to view them from. Lots of space to sprawl out, chill on the couch and play games. The house is very nice and new and cushy grass surrounding the property to take out our poodle. My partner had a broken ankle and really appreciated the low mounted handheld shower.

Summary: This property is everything described and more, especially when Jim is there. We have stayed here 2 years in a row and there is plenty of room for everyone, not just for sleeping but also hanging out in both lounging areas plus the balconies overlooking the river and downtown Chattanooga. The neighborhood is great for walking/biking. It is close to coffee, restaurants, ice cream shops, Walgreens, Publix, Coolidge Park, the Walnut Street Bridge, and really anywhere you would want to go in Chattanooga. Our first stay Jim was out of town, but this time he and his wife were there and they were lovely and showed so much hospitality. They let our little kids play on the toys they have for their grandkids and let us use their wall charger to charge our electric car faster. We had an amazing time and will be back again!

Summary: We are a family of 9 and we had so much room. Everyone had their own space. It was a very easy check in and check out. View was amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: It was wonderful drinking coffee every morning overlooking the river and downtown Chattanooga! Everything was clean, beds and pillows were comfy. Short walk to North shore amenities and free shuttle bus to downtown. Highly recommend.
