Positive: Cutest little house with lovely swing on the front porch. Lots of nice upgrades to make the house charming and up to date. At the same time, really loved the retro furnishings! Location was perfect, able to quickly get to fun stuff downtown. Nice, friendly neighborhood that is very walkable... especially to the coffee shop on the corner! The kitchen was well stocked with equipment. The dispenser in the bathroom shower was lovely! Walking out into the little courtyard in back was lovely... birds chirping everywhere in the morning. I would definitely stay here again in the future.
Negative: The black handrail on the stairs gets really hot after a few hours of sunlight, so would recommend a different color so your hand doesn't get hurt. A little bit of the local "wildlife" was able to squeeze through the cracks, but that's nature for you! The bed in the front bedroom was too soft for my taste, and it made alot of noise when you moved.
