Summary: Home was perfect for us and the yard was great for our pups! Had everything we needed for our stay and it was very conveniently located to the historic district. Our only criticism is the surrounding neighborhood was really trashy - garbage everywhere - which was surprising and not very appealing on our walks to town or to walk the pups. Encountered a few sketchy folks on our walks around - so just be alert when you are out and about the neighborhood. Other than that Tim was a great host and we truly enjoyed our stay and would rent again.

Summary: Perfect get-away. Couldn’t be located better. Hosts were charming and if any problems arise, they were immediately omit and correcting it.

Summary: What a great property! Perfect location for walking or driving to NAU and downtown Flagstaff. It may be a smaller house, but there was plenty of room for the six of us to stay comfortably. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, and Tim was a joy to work with. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again when visiting Flagstaff.
