Summary: We really loved the house. The owner did a great job updating everything! The backyard was the biggest bonus. I spent time on the hammock and the family enjoyed the hot tub. The communication was flawless. We will be back soon!

Summary: We absolutely loved our stay at "Southside Sanctuary" for NAU graduation weekend. The home was super clean, beds comfortable, and the kitchen had all the amenities. But the best feature is the back yard, with a large deck, jacuzzi and big lawn area. We spent most of our time outside - and luckily the weather was 75 degrees in late-April. Meg checked us in and was a wonderful source of information. We've rented many homes in Flagstaff and this was the best one I've seen. Many thanks!

Summary: The apartment is modern, spotless, and lovely. The backyard is wonderful. Everything worked perfectly. The location is excellent. Communication with Meg could not have been better. The neighborhood was quiet yet a very short walk from many coffee shops, restaurants, downtown. We will be back!

Summary: Seeing the photos of this place doesn’t really do it justice. I had really high expectations going in and I was not disappointed! This was our first VRBO experience and we were beyond pleased with it! This house is pet friendly, such a bonus. We were not anticipating bring our dog with us but ended up needing to last minute (like 10 hrs before check in) and I just emailed the property manager/owner and they got back to me right away, no problems. Two full bathrooms on the top floor is clutch! We had 4 adults and having the extra room was crucial. The backyard and kitchen are really the stars of this property. Kitchen is amazing! Stocked with just about everything you need! The backyard is fully fenced and huge!! Lots of privacy and a HOT TUB! We went in early November so the nights were cold, down into the high 20’s. The hot tub was a great way to relax after a long day of hiking. We are wanting to go back when it’s a little warmer to really take advantage of the backyard more! All in all this place exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it for a group that likes to relax in a quiet spot in Flagstaff!

Summary: We loved the house, especially the backyard/outside space. I was a bit concerned about the neighborhood as the houses were boarded up and quite frankly a bit scary. We had an infant with us and it just made me super nervous. There was a couch literally on the side of the road nearby where people were drinking and other things.
