This gorgeous ALMOST NEW 5 bedroom property located in Gilbert Arizona has it all! Granite counter tops, tile flooring throughout the main level, all stainless appliances, and a 2nd level PATIO looking over all 3 pools and common areas!
The home theater has a 120' SCREEN with 7.1 surround sound with an Amazon Firestick. Main level has Bluetooth surround sound run from any iphone/ipad/android, with a 50” TV with an Amazon Firestick for all your streaming needs. House comes with two MASTERS, one on the main level with walk-in closet and en-suite, other with a Patio off the bedroom. We have 1 King, 3 Queens, and bunk beds! It has 2 full bathrooms, both with double sinks, and a 1/2 bath on the main level. A Weber BBQ is on the side deck, a double car garage in the back, and a huge common area for our front yard!
This neighborhood is family friendly and has 3 pools and spas (heated), along with multiple kids parks and a basketball court! You'll also find miles of walking and bike paths, (Walk to Joe's Farm Grill!), shopping malls and grocery within 5 minutes. Property is located close to highway 202 for quick access to all the golf courses, with several located within a 5 minutes drive.
The home comes fully furnished with all comfortable high end furniture and appliances, nothing was spared on this dream getaway!

Summary: Beautiful house and amenities with plenty of room for everyone. Loved having the upstairs balcony and nearby pools and hot tubs. Highly recommend.

Summary: This property was great due to the location and size. We had two families traveling together and the size of the house was perfect. We were gone a lot and didn’t spend a lot of time at the house, but when we were there the kids loved the movie room! We did use the community pool one day, as well, and it was a short walk from the home. Parking is limited, but we were able to park one vehicle on the street and it wasn’t too far away. We didn’t mind the walk as the temperature was nice! Seemed to be a very safe neighborhood.

Summary: We planned a family vacation and needed a place big enough for 9 adults and one toddler, this home was perfect. Located near all of the things we wanted to do in the valley and big enough we weren't running into each other! Perfect place to stay and lots of amenities nearby.

Summary: This was a great vacation rental. The house had everything we needed. We had several visitors throughout the month and everyone was impressed with the amount of room we had and the large movie room. There was plenty of room for everyone! The heated pool and the spas were terrific. We used them both almost every day. The neighborhood is nice for daily strolls outside. We were also close to restaurants and shopping.

Summary: Great location, fast responses from owner. Our family stayed here for six weeks and had a great time. Pool and hot tub were always heated. Friendly neighbors too!

Summary: Of course, with GPS the house was easy to find. However, the garage door key pad did not work. The next door neighbor solved the problem by going through the front door and opened the garage door. This was the only big problem. Every thing in the house was great and if we go back to Gilbert Arizona, we will definitely consider thies property.

Summary: The accommodation was perfect for our family. The second seating area with large movie screen upstairs was definitely a plus. The younger members congregated there. We especially liked the beautiful area and heated pools and hot tubs. We made use of them every day! It is a great area for walking and shopping close by. Kris was so approachable. We would like to return.
