Newly remodeled gorgeous single-story home on a private corner lot, bright and open, perfect for any family to relax and have an energy-filled vacation. Close to shopping, spring training, ASU, thriving downtown Gilbert, Scottsdale, and everything Phoenix has to offer. Pool, putting green, 3 car garage, large driveway for extra parking. The home has a split floor plan to help separate parents and kids or multiple families.
If you need a vehicle while in town check out my Turo which can be delivered to you at the airport (Skyharbor or Mesa/Phoenix Gateway) or will be at the home for you! Two vehicle options Tesla Model Y Performance and 2022 Toyota Tundra Hybrid Platinum Edition.

There is a camera on the back patio that is focused on the door but does partially see the pool. If this is a concern for you it is no problem for it to be removed during your stay!

Summary: If you are looking for a place in a quiet neighborhood yet close to shopping, dining, groceries, etc, this is the place for you. The house is very clean and has a nicely stocked kitchen. The pool is a nice size and heated. The sunshade and umbrellas were much appreciated too. We will definately stay again!

Summary: This vacation home was as close to perfect for our group as we had hoped. My husband and I travelled with our two dogs, a 1 year old who loves to swim, and our three adult children. The house had everything we needed and a lot of space for the dogs to run and all of us to enjoy the space. It was close to a park, which we walked to twice a day, and shopping and groceries! It was nice to have a car to enjoy this spot. A very quiet space to relax!!

Summary: The rental was everything we needed for a relaxing and rejuvenating short fall vacation. House was clean, beds were comfortable, lots of entertainment for the kids, and the pool was perfect.
