Enjoy our newly renovated ranch located on fairway three of Apple Valley Golf Course. It offers beautiful views of the Golf Club House and course. Rather you are staying during the golf season or not the views are spectacular all year round. The home offers an open floor plan with a large kitchen and great room that are fully furnished to your heart's desire. The primary bedroom offers a king split adjustable bed with remotes, fireplace, smart TV, ceiling fan, full bath, and a deck overlooking the golf course. The second bedroom offers two twin XL beds that can be converted into a king at your request, smart TV, ceiling fan and a built in desk. The third bedroom offers a queen bed, and fan. We do have a queen air mattress that can be set up to accommodate up to 8 adult guests, or feel free to snuggle up on the enormous sectional/sofa in the great room in front of the fireplace. There are smart TV’s in the house that are ready for you to log into your favorite streaming services. Have fun playing darts, cards, poker, board games, etc. that are provided in the house. At night the gas fire pit is a great way to end your day and don’t forget to look up at the stars, they are breathtaking!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at the Ranch at Fairway Three. The host did an excellent job communicating throughout the process and ensuring our stay was perfect. The house was spacious and comfortable and set up with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The decor is updated with plenty of seating options, both indoors and outdoors. We enjoyed eating at local restaurants in Mt. Vernon and hiking nearby trails. We hope to be back again soon! Thank you, Mark, for making our stay so memorable!

Summary: Perfect house for a short golf trip at Apple Valley. They have tiny condos right next to the golf course that are actually higher in price than this roomy house right on the 3rd fairway. Will definitely look to book this house next year, as all the fellas enjoyed the house and the golf course.

Summary: Property was beautiful. House was very clean and anything that was needed was provided. Only issue I had was the bedding. Pillows were not comfortable (everyone has different desire in fluffy/hard). Maybe a variety of each would have been better.
