Great location on the 16th tee of Apple Valley Golf Course (golfadvisor.com 4th best public course in Ohio 2014).
Just miles from Kenyon College and perfect for a weekend adventure to Amish country. If you're looking for an outdoor canoe adventure, visit the Kokosing River, one of Ohio's natural treasures.
Great location for a family gathering, holiday/work outings, and bridal/baby showers.
We have a Pool Table and Poker Table. A beautiful deck overlooking the 16th hole of the Apple Valley Golf Course and the pond.

Summary: Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay at this home during Family Weekend at Kenyon College. There were so many thoughtful touches: ingredients for S'mores, numerous Keurig cups, paper plates, to-go cups for coffee, and so much more. The home backs up to the golf course which is surrounded by beautiful trees (especially in mid-October). There is a swing on the porch and a hammock in the yard. We used the provided fire pit (and wood) to enjoy an evening with family. The kitchen has just about everything you would need and the beds were super comfy! It was the perfect place to spend a long weekend!

Summary: 2nd time staying at this house. Location is great - looks over 16th hole of the course. Other than miscommunication with owner for check in our stay was great once we got in. We did notice that some things in the house are in need of a deep cleaning. Overall it’s a great spot and very well equipped property

Summary: This house is the perfect spot if you are looking for a golf weekend at Apple Valley. It is just off of the course, with a nice area for a fire in the backyard and a view of a par 3. The house itself was in great condition, super clean, and a fun place to hangout. The fire area, pool table, and large living room were all perfect for a guys weekend for golf and watching football!

Summary: We had 10 girls for our golf weekend. This house was perfect - large kitchen, lots of space for seating and plenty of beds and bathrooms. The house is beautiful and so well equipped it was wonderful!! Our whole group loved it and we may be back again next summer.

Summary: The Howard Ohio, Apple Valley area is a beautiful place to unwind and focus. The house enabled us to conduct a nearly week long business workshop in comfort, and tranquility. The house was perfect for 6 women to spread out for meetings and to have privacy as needed. The amenities are perfect for a base to rest at the house and/or take advantage of the lake and the restaurants. Apple Valley has a wonderful vacation vibe without the feeling of a tourist trap. I hope it stays that way. We will return to the house.

Summary: The house was amazing! Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate so we weren't able to golf on the course, but there was an indoor course nearby that had a simulation of the course so it was still a fun event. Back to the house, it was very clean, host was readily available to chat (and very pleasant to talk to), check-in and check-out were both simple, and there were ample things to do despite the weather! Would love to stay here again!!
