This exclusive waterfront home sits on the 'warm' private side of Lake Anna. It is situated on a very secluded private lot with 500 feet of waterfront and 70 feet of beach. The water depth off the beach starts around 2 feet and slopes gradually to deeper water with a hard sandy bottom perfect for swimming and playing. Enjoy all the great outdoor activities such as volleyball, horseshoes, relaxing on the beach. In the evening gather around the new fire pit ( 2020 ). The 9' dining table will allow everyone to sit down to dinner together. Rearranging the furniture has opened up the floor space nicely. Located on the warm private side of Lake Anna offers benefits such as not having to worry about heavy boat traffic for water skiing and swimming in the lake. You can have peace of mind while vacationing with your family and friends. Our goal since we purchased the property in 2016 is to continually upgrade and improve. We installed a new dock in spring 2017. We finished the game room. New in 2018 is upgrades to the kitchen. We had new granite counter tops installed. We have new hi speed internet that will all you to use your favorite streaming services. FYI, this property can be booked through Lake Anna rental properties dot com with no booking fee.
This fabulous 6 bedroom, 4 full bath home sleeps 12 - 15 with an additional detached garage with recreational area of appx. 425 square feet with pool, air hockey, and foosball, Everything your children are looking for. Two master bedrooms (one on each floor) and one has a large soaking tub for a relaxing evening after being out on the lake all day. The home features a large 30 x 25 deck that overlooks the lake with a large gas grill for fun evenings with family and friends. A perfect place for an evening sunset or a cup of coffee watching the sun come up. This secluded point lot boasts 2 acres of privacy perfect for family vacations or reunions.

Summary: Everything about our stay was wonderful. First and foremost, the house was very clean. House layout, with bedrooms upstairs and downstairs, worked out great as the family with young kids had the lower level to themselves. Kitchen equipped with everything we needed. Big grassy yard lead down to the lake, where many fun hours were spent. Deck with picnic tables and the gas grill were also put to good use. The owner was in contact with us after our reservation was confirmed to ask if we had any questions or if he could help in any way…very helpful. Everyone had a great week.

Summary: Our family stayed at this rental for our annual family vacation and a great time was had by all! The house is beautiful and the property/view is exquisite! Plenty of room for the ten of us to spread out but comfortably watch a movie or share a meal together. The owners have thought of everything - the kitchen is fully stocked with any appliance or utensil you might need and there were plenty of towels, linens, games, etc. The owner is very responsive, accommodating, and helpful! The game room was a huge bonus for the kids and adults! We enjoyed fishing off the dock and making s'mores over the fire pit! The water was warm, as expected, so we took a day trip to the beach at Lake Anna State Park where the water was a little cooler. We also enjoyed all the local restaurants, putt-putt golf and antique shopping! All in all, we had a fabulous time!

Summary: My family was so excited to be at Lake Ana for a family gathering for Thanksgiving. The home didn't disappoint any of us. The house is beautiful, clean, well-kept, well-stocked, spacious rooms (more than enough for all of us) and a very homely feel to it. The owner is extremely accommodating and replies immediately...which I really loved. We loved, loved, loved the fire pit right next to the water. We also loved the fact that we were able to do karaoke, near the fire pit, because there was a pole with electricity right near the fire pit. We had a blast and really hated to leave but seriously thinking about coming back in the summertime to enjoy the dock and water. The only downfall is that the internet didn't work in the lower level floor (it didn't bother me at all but other family members wanted it downstairs). The host was informed and I'm quite sure he will rectify it. Oh, there is also a gameroom which the younger group thoroughly enjoyed. Overall, we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. You will too.

Summary: Jan's house was perfect for our group of adults with two toddlers. We really loved all the outside seating for having our meals outside, and the fire pit and dock and big lawns were great for spreading out. There were plenty of bedrooms for our group and tons of towels (not always a given!!). Jan was very responsive to the few questions and check in and check out were smooth and easy. The property was also not too far from the Dollar General or Food Lion/ABC Store so it was easy to get supplies. Recommended!

Summary: Fabulous house with plenty of room for a large group. The property is awesome with a fabulous lake view. Just breathtaking. Plenty of room for your group to spread out. An added bonus is the fabulous detached game room. Awesome hang out spot for the group of college kids we hosted. Down by the lake there is an amazing gazebo with a propane fire pit plus there is a wood burning fire lit perfect t for evening g fires and s’mores. Just an awesome weekend we had. We will definitely be renting this place again. Jan is an amazing owner and very responsive to texts and calls. 10 out of 10.
