Positive: Located in a quiet neighborhood. House and room was spacious and clean. Host/staff was communicative and responsive.
Negative: While the room had a small air conditioner attached to the window, it could still get a bit hot during the summer.
Summary: Very satisfied with the experience. Would stay again.

Positive: Solo trip, I cooked once and did a load of laundry which was very convenient, very clean and spacious, location literally 4 mins walking to the bus station. I would stay here again!
Negative: I couldn't find a hairdryer but text the host in advance and they might help.

Positive: It’s exactly as in pictures. Everything worked to perfection. Location is easy to find. There is a bus stop just across the street, and easy to find for uber/lyft. 3 different WiFi options and therefore, you stay connected no matter what. Very clean and I love the calm and cozy atmosphere.
Negative: My space had a shared washroom which was indicated before booking. Hope there was another in case the washroom was busy. However, this is well stated by owner before booking. All at this place was exactly as seen in pictures or stated.
Summary: A good affordable, cozy, peaceful and great location place to be whether for pleasure or business. I’m definitely coming

Positive: Great stay, the place is nice and clean and it has a convenient kitchen to cook and washing machine for clothes. I also used the air conditioning device which is attached to the window and it worked perfectly. Met the man in charge of the cleanliness of the rooms (Eric) and he was very kind, always making sure everything was proper and in order.
