Kick back in our Home Movie Theater room with 9 super comfy recliners, a bar with stools and a mini fridge, and a large 4K Smart TV.
You have full access to our entire house, and our property. Please let us know if you plan to rent a Pontoon Boat so we can refer you to our premier partner (DV Rentals LKA)!
We use keyless entry smart locks and give you space but are available if you have any questions or need anything.
Freshwater Estates is a premier waterfront residential neighborhood community located in the perfect spot near the center of Lake Anna on the public side. With roughly 9,000 acres of pristine clear blue water surrounding this property, it is perfect for boating, swimming, fishing and water skiing. It's generally a quiet neighborhood and the neighbors are very friendly. We have ample free parking at our home for large groups with up to 6 vehicles. We limit the home to a Maximum of 6 Adults.

Summary: Great location, convenient from highway. House is great, screened porch is the gem. Watched a lovely thunderstorm over the lake from there. Daniel is a great host, no questions unanswered or really much to ask with the detailed info you get. We will definitely be back.

Summary: We went for a Christmas family get together and we had a wonderful time. The adults enjoyed the kitchen area and firepit and screened in porch. Also having movie time at night in the theatre room. Then the beds were like sleeping on a cloud! We all slept wonderfully! I did a lot of baking there. It was lacking some dishes. Did not have a big shrimp pot or a lot of casserole dishes. I bought foil pans at the food Lion We had a Santa party and the kids loved the theatre room and the pool table and games. We did have a plumbing issue with the toilet in the basement but Daniel our host took care of us right away and it was fixed within the day! Daniel was an excellent host and the house was very clean and the beds made! There was plenty of towels and those were really nice. It was a wonderful time for us! I would recommend this home to anyone! We did not use the dock or anything at the lake but it was a beautiful view!

Summary: We had an amazing time at Fin’n Tonic! The unbeatable lakefront views and easy access made our stay even more special. The house offers plenty of seating, making it perfect for a large group to relax together, whether indoors or outside. Both kids and parents had a blast playing pool, roasting marshmallows by the fire pit, enjoying movies in the theater, kayaking, and paddleboarding. Ending the day with a soak in the hot tub was the perfect way to unwind. Our favorite spot in the home was the upstairs deck, with its cozy sofa seating around a gas fireplace. We enjoyed our favorite drinks, opened the bifold doors to watch the football games, and soaked in the stunning sunset over the lake.

Summary: The home and property are 5 star all the way! The views from every level are exceptional. The home is amazing. The accordion doors in the living room open up to the upper screened porch giving you the most incredible view. The lower level of the home with the game room, theatre room and bunk room were perfect for my daugther and her friends to enjoy. We will absolutely be back. I highly recommend this property.

Summary: We had an amazing long weekend at this stunning Lake Anna rental! The house was incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated, and offered breathtaking views of the lake from almost every room. We especially loved the two levels of expansive balconies—one screened in to keep the bugs away, and the lower level with a hot tub that was perfect for relaxing. The dining areas were fantastic—there was a large, comfortable dining space inside, and an additional screened-in dining area on the upper balcony that made meals even more enjoyable. The downstairs area was an entertainment paradise! Our teenagers loved the movie theater, two game rooms, and a cozy bunk bed room. It was perfect for everyone to unwind. We spent hours sitting on the balcony and enjoyed evenings by the fire pit, making s’mores under the stars. The house was incredibly spacious for our group of seven, and we took full advantage of the private pier, kayaking, paddle boarding, and using the inflatables in the lake. Waking up to the sunrise over the lake each morning was magical, leaving us feeling totally relaxed and at peace. The neighborhood was quiet and serene, adding to the overall tranquility of our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable, the bathrooms were modern and luxurious, and the chef’s kitchen was well-equipped for preparing meals and drinks. The host was fantastic and communicated with us throughout the stay, making sure everything went smoothly. Wonderful stay!
