We are a husband and wife team who personally manage this home. We have been delighting VRBO guests with our properties in the Myrtle Beach and Smith Mountain Lake, VA areas for over 12 years. Our properties have consistently garnered 5-star reviews due to our attention to detail and our focus on helping our guests have outstanding vacation experiences.
From the moment you pass through our gated entrance and onto our paved driveway meandering through woods bustling with birds, squirrels, and deer, you are transported to what we call Lake Life. Lake Life and your time at the lake can be extremely peaceful and relaxing OR full of fun and exciting activities OR both! Our home offers you whatever experience you and your family are looking for in a lake vacation.
The upstairs of our lakefront home was remodeled and updated in 2023 and the basement was remodeled and updated in 2025. Our home has nearly 4,000 square feet of living space, sits on roughly 3 acres, and boasts over 200 feet of Lake Anna shoreline on a beautiful cove.
Bring your boat! You can tie up at our boathouse and public boat launches are only 5-10 minutes by boat from the house. Plenty of room to park a boat trailer at the house too.
***Water trampoline and water slide may not be available November - April.
***Please note that there are three security cameras in use on the property. The three cameras are a doorbell camera at the front of the house, a camera inside the garage, and the third located on the back deck which views the boathouse area.
***Primary guest will be asked to provide identification after booking.

Summary: My group of friends and family stayed at this house last year and enjoyed our experience so much that we decided to book it again. We definitely made the correct choice. The house had plenty of room for our group of 10. We loved the amenities such as the pool table, hot tub, and gorgeous views of the lake from the deck. We would happily stay here again!

Summary: The house was so beautiful and well kept. The location on the lake is stunning and the water sports included in the house make it a great time on the lake. Many activities to do at the house or around the town. Would absolutely love to stay at this place again.

Summary: What a beautiful place! Our group was 3 couples and found the house was well suited with room to spare. We like to cook meals, and the kitchen was well stocked and was laid out to allow for group cooking. The deck and the boathouse were favorite spots to gather to enjoy the perfect weather. The property is very well maintained. Robert and Courtney were very responsive and checked in multiiple times to make sure we had what we needed and to answer any questions that may have come up.

Summary: We stayed with our young kids and family and it was perfect. The house was very clean with a great layout. Plenty to do for us and our small kids. The location on the lake is ideal- right in the middle of everything. We will be back!

Summary: We have been renting vacation houses for 20+ years and this was the best we have ever stayed in. House is in almost new condition and everything works as it should. Proper, correct instructions on how to use things like the A/V equipment, grill, hot tub and golf cart. The hosts have provided so many things that we have been used to bringing with us like soaps of all types and paper goods. They were also the most communicative hosts we have ever had. We absolutely would look to stay here again if we go back to Lake Anna.

Summary: Beautiful property with lots of amenities, close to Food Lion. Perfect for a large group. Boat house is perfect with slide and trampoline if you have kids, morning sun, evening shade, close to marinas if you have a boat. Will definitely rent again.
