Summary: Just to clarify, 4/5 is not a reflection on Dave/Property. I typically reserve 5/5 for above-and-beyond circumstances. Dave was great as a host, very responsive and easy to get ahold of. He was accommodating in letting us check in earlier than the posted time. We stayed here with 2 small kids under 2. Between 6 adults and 2 kids, plenty of space, and enough to do in the home itself, if you're stuck indoors due to inclement weather (which is what happened with us). The place is kept in good condition/cleanliness, and overall, good experience.

Summary: First off, the house and surrounding property are gorgeous. The backyard has a pool, grill, beautiful canopied dining area basketball court, and fire pit. There was so much to do that we were entertained all weekend without having to leave. There was plenty of space for 8 adults to sleep comfortably and kitchen was fully stocked! David was a great, accommodating host- even welcoming us to use vegetables from his garden! He was extremely communicative and available at all times. Great location- only a short drive to Poughkeepsie, beacon, cold spring, and several hiking areas. Would definitely recommend and look forward to staying again the next time I’m in the area!

Summary: This property was an incredible place to spend our weekend. The house is very clean and decorated beautifully. There was not a single second where we were not occupied with something fun to do. Pool basketball, fire pit, pool table ping pong. So much to do. The host was also a very awesome person to deal with. Very helpful and there for whatever we needed. 10/10 recommend would definitely stay again!
