Summary: Great 4 day getaway for 2 adults and a dog. Communication from booking to check out was great. Ambiance upon arrival is inviting with music, nice decor, and nicely scented rooms. The view of the ocean is great. Nice sized bedrooms and baths with very comfortable beds. Smart tv's in living room and both bedrooms. Kitchen stocked with all the dishes needed. Condo is close to historic downtown with shopping and restaurants. The grounds of the condo were well maintained and pretty. Our dog experienced her first beach visit and loved it. We hope to visit this lovely condo and beach again.

Summary: We had a great weekend at 609 sailmaker. The place was clean, comfortable, and just the right amount space to relax and enjoy ourselves. We brought our dog, and there is plenty of grassy areas, plus a nice walking path. Of course he loved the beach as much as we did !! Definitely will be staying here again in the near future !!

Summary: This is the 3rd year we have rented from Mocks, the people that we have dealt with are outstanding, that is Elisa and Mark always so helpful and responsive. The unit was very nice, great location and everything you need. We commented last year about how clean the condo was and how it smelled great upon arrival. This year was the same. If you want a clean, great condo with great views this is a very nice condo and we have experienced this in other condos Mocks has.

Summary: Location is great. Wonderful view and beach. Comfortable furnishings. King bed is very comfortable. Lock has a mind of it's own. New towels desperately needed. And you have an iceberg in the freezer. Keeps the ice bucket from being in place. But we enjoyed it.
