Stay within walking distance to the beach in our ground floor 2BR/2BA Amelia Island/Fernandina Beach condo. The pristine Summerwoods of Amelia is located on the prestigious south end of the island just down from The Ritz. Immaculately clean and comfortable, our vacation home offers tile flooring throughout with like new furnishings.

So you don’t have to rush off to the store upon arrival, we provide a few things to get you started, such as:
• a couple of coffee k-cups
• a few sweetener packets
• 1 bar of bath soap per bathroom
• liquid hand soap in kitchen, and both bathrooms
• small bottle of dish soap
• 2 dishwasher tablets
• 2 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom
• 4 kitchen trash bags
• small bottle of laundry detergent
• Kleenex in master bath
You also have access to our 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, 2 bag chairs and 4 beach towels to use at the beach or pool. Pool noodle/rafts are for pool use only.
Early Check-in and Late Check-out upon request and as available.
*Any reservation longer than one week will have a mandatory mid-stay housekeeping (or weekly housekeeping if two weeks or more) which will be added as an additional charge prior to the reservation being accepted. $150 per cleaning.
This is our second home and was not furnished/set up with children in mind, so no small children please.
Single car garage is not available for parking unless prearranged. Any vehicle must be parked in driveway directly in front of the garage door or in overflow parking.
No RV, trailer or work/passenger van parking allowed in the complex. Reservations run from Saturday to Saturday unless previously approved by owner via reservation inquiry prior to reservation requests.must be approved prior to booking.

Summary: This is a lovely spot to stay and the condo is exactly as pictured in the photos. It is an easy walk to the beach, has great walking/bike trails all around. The condo is spotless and the owners are very helpful and communicative. This more than met our needs and expectations and would highly recommend!

Summary: We were extremely happy with the condo, its location to the beach, and the wonderful treatment by the hosts, Michael and Glenda. We stayed for 20 days and were impressed with the cleanliness and excellent condition of everything in the home. Michael and Glenda reached out to make sure all was well and even warned of us of severe weather that was coming our way. This was our first time to Amelia Is and we just loved it! And having such wonderful accommodations made our experience even more terrific!

Summary: My wife and I were wanting to have a relaxing get-away. The owners were extremely nice and accommodating. They allowed us early check-in, which was much appreciated. The property is immaculate and has everything you'll need for your stay. The kitchen is very well stocked and the screened patio allows you to start your mornings looking and listening to nature. The location is away from the hustle and bustle of the city, however, you're close enough to grocery stores, eateries, shopping, and sight-seeing. If you're ever in the Amelia Island/Fernandina Fl area, and looking for a place to get away, this is the unit for you. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would...excellent!!!!!
