Why select to stay at our Apartment than hotel room:
It is much better to stay at our apartment than the hotel because of its prime location, its price (compared to same size of property) and its facilities (best gym in Ao Nang and best sea view in Ao Nang, no other listings can beat us). This apartment provides 2 bedroom/2 bathroom ensuite plus 50 inches Smart TV (to watch your Netflix/You tube/Premium Cable Channels), full kitchen (we provide everything you need in the kitchen), sea view balcony, sea view living room, sea view bedroom (what else you need for your vacation, 100% sea view everywhere you go) and balcony with seating to enjoy your sunset and good wine/drinks. There is also free WIFI in the apartment and the whole compound.

1. Location, Location and Location: It is a newly built condominium located in the very very very prime prime prime area of the Ao Nang shopping center and it is just 300 meters away from the most popular Ao Nang beach with clean water to swim at the beach and the popular sunset point. In our area, there are Mc Donald, Starbucks, Subway Restaurant, 7-11, all kind of restaurants (especially cafe 8.89, the most popular restaurant in this location), banks and other shops located at our main entrance, so it is easy for you to shop and come back at the apartment to take rest, watch sunset from the apartment balcony or dip in the Jaguzzi pool or go to swim in the warmed pool water with forest view or even to exercise at our professional gym with amazing sea view. No other listings can compare with our sea view and property quality.

This 2 bedroom apartment has total area of 61 sqm and it has been well furnished with all the amenities/appliances to accommodate your stay with full kitchen (microwave, refri, electric stove, dish washing sink, toaster, rice cooker, kettle, plate, spoon, knife, wine opener, pot, fried pan and other stuff) for you to cook your light meals (do not cook heavy meal please, the smoking alarm will be alert). Espresso coffee machine with coffee powder for you to enjoy coffee whole day (available free at coffee corner at reception). We do also provide hybrid dinning table with eco-chairs for your long-hour online working with fiber optic lan wire to ensure you have very strong internet to work whole day and night.
3. It is located on top of the plot of land connected to tropical forest at main Ao Nang main city with a slight slopping up (less than 35% slope), good exercise for you to walk up and down, however, we do provide free golf cart service to bring you up or down from our reception, if you wish to use our service, the working hours is 9am to 9pm everyday. Please tip the driver of Thb20-40, so he/she can take care of you all time when you need him/her (check working hours at the reception floor once again).
4. Electricity and water are included in the room rate, so no more worry of other expenses during your stay.
5. We do provide free drinking water with refillable unlimited through our dispenser located near elevator of each floor (water tap is not drinkable in Thailand).

1. We do not provide daily cleaning, and you can buy this service from the office, which will cost you Thb1,000 per time (inclusive cleaning, change linens, and towels). However, we do provide free weekly cleaning, for longer stay or at least 10 days of booking.
2. We do not provide breakfast but it is easy to walk down to main entrance for breakfast at Cafe 8.89 or Starbucks/Coffee Club at Kokotel Ao Nang Hotel (this hotel belongs to us too, same owner).
Conclusion:
This apartment is 61 sqm in total usable area with 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom on 3nd floor (5 floor in this building), living room and kitchen. It is well furnished with a very comfortable mattresses and high-quality linens and towels. The sea view balcony with seatings is facing Ao Nang Bay (the most beautiful spot of Ao Nang Bay). The whole apartment is seaview from living room to bedroom/balcony. You will wake up with ozone oxygen from the big tree from the tropical forests and opened panorama sea view.
We do provide free strong Wi-Fi at this apartment and free Wi-Fi in the whole compound (includiing at gym, at the swimming pool and public area).
We have full time staff to assist you during your stay and the host is easy to contact through social media.
There is no daily cleaning service, so please contact office to buy this cleaning service at fee of Thb600, cleaning plus linens and towels change. Free weekly cleaning for booking more than 10 days of booking.

This newly built condominium is located just 300 meters away from Ao Nang beach, the most popular sunset beach. The location is in a very prime of Ao Nang area, the most centralized location, where you can find all restaurants/convenient stores/banks/exchange/tour counters/other shops. This compound is 100% seaview, as it is located on lower hill slope, easy to walk/free shuttle. It is very well furnished with all the amenities to enjoy your stay with your family. Free swimming pool/gym/Wifi.
Please note:
- Deposits required for this apartment, pay by cash and refundable upon check-out. Please prepare your cash in Thai Baht or in Usd/Eur or other currency equivalent to deposit amount required.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. Any cigarette odor in the apartment will be charged a penalty of 10,000 Baht.
- No Durian or Mongosteen consumed in the apartment due to its smells and colors on linens unwashable. Penalty of 5,000 Baht will be charged if do not obay.
- Water and electricity are included in price.
- Your guests are welcome in the apartment but please note that you will be held responsible for any damages/theft/misconduct caused by your accompanying party
- Pets are not allowed
- Do not throw tissue in the toilet bowls
- Loud music and parties are strictly prohibited, any use of drugs or illegal substances will not be tolerated and will be reported to the authority.
- Please keep all valuables in the lock box provided and keep all bags locked when leaving the apartment. Host will not be responsible for any loss or theft.
- You should leave the apartment before or at the check-out time stated. (Please contact host in advance for any possibility of late check out)
- Before leaving, you are obliged to leave the apartment in good condition, i.e. all waste should be correctly disposed of and the apartment tidied.
- Whenever you leave the apartment, please off the lights, air cons and water, we have full right to enter your apartment to off it when you go out. The main reason is to prevent any Fire accident, which you will be responsible in full.
