Summary: Centrally located, ease to find everything you would need, great beach at the end of the road, cute house, amazing deck to have dinners and play cards. Nice relaxing stay

Summary: The house was spacious and clean. Three good size bedrooms and two excellent full baths. The kitchen and living room were very comfortable for relaxing before and after enjoying days out in the sun. The back deck was nice- we had to clean the table and furniture. The backyard needs some attention/ grass mowed, and cut back trees- We did not need to use the yard at all. Be careful pulling out of the driveway- maybe install circular mirrors to help with blind spots. Overall, very enjoyable, and would rent it again!

Summary: House had all that was needed and was in very convenient location. Inside was very clean. The exterior of the property could use some work and cleaning up and the back lawn was not mowed. Overall it was great and we would stay there again.

Summary: We had a great stay. House was clean, spacious, updated and in a great location. My family and I stayed for a week in July. We were thrilled to be able to take our dog with us and loved that it had air-conditioning and two full bathrooms. This is our first year at this house but our eighth year coming to Falmouth Highly recommend and would definitely rent again.

Summary: House was very clean. Everything in the house was in working order. Window AC worked very well. The grill only had one burner lighting up but i only reported it twds the end of the week as we did noy grill more than twice. Its a bit far to walk to beach but its a very short ride and inexpensive to park. We didnt ask, but there may be a week pass available. Worth asking. All in all, we really liked the place and would definitely stay there again.

Summary: This property was very accommodating for our stay. There were 4 of us. The location was perfect. The beds were comfortable. The only complaint was that there were no bath towels so we ended up going to Walmart to purchase a few.
