PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
Come enjoy a delightful relaxing time in our home that has been designed with your comfort in mind, this is a setting for a romantic getaway or adventurous holidays, whatever you have in mind, you certainly found the right spot for it.., with a security Camera, have peace of mind.
By renting this property, the tenant agrees to these conditions:
This lease shall begin at 4:00 PM on arrival day whatever it may be and end at 11:00 AM on departure day whatever that may be, and for such term the fees paid includes utilities, heat, electricity, high speed internet & linen,,,,,
due to past experience of tenants calling& asking if the linen are cleaned we DO NOT make the beds any more so to assure tenants that they are washed& cleaned, the folded clean linen will be found in the rooms.
Any liability fee for damages (if any) shall not be limited to the amount of security deposit. The amount of liability must be determined by Estimate from an expert
THE PARTIES AGREE:
1. That no more than 6 persons will occupy said leased premises at any time.
2. NO animals of any kind will be kept in or on premises
3. There will be NO SMOKING within any part of the building on premises
4.The TENANT/S shall leave the premises in the same general good and habitable condition as he/she found it.
5. The TENANT/S shall be responsible for all damage or breakage or loss to the premises except normal wear and tear
6. It is the responsibility of TENANT/S to report any existing damage upon their arrival to avoid any future charge.
7.The TENANT/S agree that the deposit and the rental money paid is non refundable in the case of cancellation 60 days before arrival.
8. To prevent fire, the tenants shall use the barbecue grill on the large decks away from the housewhwere it has been placed on the deck with protective shield on the railing. The grill or the sheild shall not be moved.
9.The TENANT/S shall not lease or sublet, nor permit any other person/s to occupy the leased premises.
10. The leased property shall not be used for functions such as family reunions, weddings or any other gatherings of sort.
11.The TENANT/S shall return all keys to the landlord prior to departure. A twenty dollar fee will be charged to the TENANT/S for each key not returned to the landlord.
12.The TENANT/S agree that the LANDLORD may use chair covers to protect the furniture, and said covers are NOT to be removed by the TENANT/S without the permission of the LANDLORD.
13.The TENANT/S agree to allow the LANDLORD or the landlord's designated person/s to enter the premises both inside and out with proper notification to view the premises for repair, to inspect, to make repairs, or for landscaping purposes.
14.The TENANT/S agree to hold The LANDLORD harmless on account of any unforeseen or natural disaster affecting the leased premises.
15.The TENANT/S agree not to move or alter any water hoses/water timer used for the irrigation of the garden, grass or flower beds.
16.The TENANT/S agree not to cut, move or remove any flowers, trees or shrubs for any reason.
17. The TENANT/S agree to pay $100.00 per hour to the LANDLORD if the TENANT/S fail to vacate the leased premises for any reason at their checkout time.
18-The TENANT/S understand that any alcoholic beverages left in the house prior to arrival is the property of the LANDLORD and not for use by TENANT/S especially any party under the age of 21.
19. The TENANTS shall take a shower outside to clean off the sand on their body upon returning from the beach, and will shake the towels etc. before using the washing machine.
20. The TENANT/s agree that no individual in their party will sit on the furniture with wet cloths.
21. Upon departure tenant shall leave the BBQ gas tank full.

Summary: We had a very disappointing stay in an uncomfortably hot house with inadequate cooling of common rooms and unkempt outdoor spaces. The house was so hot we could not use any part of it except the single air-conditioned bedroom during several days of our stay, despite all windows being open. The outdoor spaces, including the outdoor shower, were covered with leaves, branches and other debris and the shrubbery along the entrance pathway was so overgrown that one had to push branches away to enter the house. The host was not responsive to these concerns. However, the house was beautifully furnished, we appreciated the linens and cookware, and the Wifi worked well.

Summary: Interior of property was clean and we enjoyed the coastal decor. Bed was comfortable and enjoyed the outdoor space. Location worked great for us and Giti was very responsive.

Summary: The house is in a nice quiet spot with lovely views of the water from the deck. Giti is extremely friendly and cooperative. I do have to say I was surprised that we had to make the beds ourselves.....the sheets and pillow cases were folded on top of the bedspread....and that we needed to start some laundry before we departed, but I'm sure with the busy season, the housekeepers need to get a jump on things to turn over the house in time. I would probably rent again if I'm in the area.

Summary: The property's location was exactly what my husband and I were looking for to celebrate for our "big" wedding anniversary: a house in a quiet neighborhood directly overlooking the Green Pond (salty inlet) and access to other areas around Cape Cod. We loved the outdoor seating areas and the sunroom overlooking the water. A highlight was watching an osprey catching a fish and flying across the pond. The owner was great in helping us to extend our stay.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay especially the beautiful view from the deck. My kids even feature the view in a Tik-tok we made together. The location is great and we spent most of our time in the sunroom and deck.
