This Kiawah Island vacation rental offers five bedrooms, a private pool and spa, and breathtaking lagoon views. The home is about a 10-minute walk or a 5-minute bike ride to the beach.
This home offers an open floor plan with multiple gathering areas. The light-filled family room has comfortable seating, a TV, and access to the pool deck. A second living area and den are also on this floor. The spacious kitchen has abundant counter space, Thermador appliances, bar stool seating, and an eat-in area. Guests can also enjoy their vacation meals in the dining area or dine al fresco on the back deck.
The first-floor primary suite offers a king-sized four-poster bed, TV, and a luxurious private bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and soaking tub. Ascend a short flight of stairs to the next level, where you will find the second bedroom. This bedroom offers two twin beds, two queen sleeper sofas, a TV, and an attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo. On the third floor, you will find three additional bedrooms with king-sized beds, TVs, and private bathrooms. One of the bedrooms, a junior primary suite, has a private balcony overlooking the lagoon.
Enjoy sweeping lagoon views from the home's generous back deck. A swimming pool, a spa, a flat-screen TV, and lounge seating await. There is also an outdoor shower available for guest use.
The home is equipped with two washers, two dryers, and high-speed wireless internet. Guests have access to the attached garage, which has additional parking for one vehicle.
Please note that this property has exterior security cameras that view the home's front and rear entrances. These cameras serve to protect both the property owner and rental guests.
The pool has a gas heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for an additional fee of $75 per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available. Summary: Loved this house. It was absolutely gorgeous. My only complaint is having to pay $75.00 extra per day just to use the hot tub. That cost should be included in the cost of the house and should have been ready right when we checked in.

Summary: We spent a week at the house with a family of 7 adults and a 2 year old. The house has lots of living space and plenty of dining space. The location is great, with ample fishing spots nearby and a short bike ride to the beach. The outside pool area provides a great place to relax and take in the view, including a bald eagles nest in the back yard! Only drawback is the doors stick due to the humidity.

Summary: We just got back from a long weekend guys trip to this property. The house and location are amazing! Right on the golf course and pond in the backyard. Was easy to get places. The house was clean and pool and hot tub were heated and perfect. Overall it was a fantastic weekend ant this amazing house and property!

Summary: We have visited Kiawah many times and stayed in many different villas and houses and this was the best. We ate in most nights because of the busy time of year and size of our group (7-8), and the kitchen was so well stocked and amenable to family cooking. We loved the spacious and airy layout of the house and its location on the Osprey golf course with water features surrounding it. The short bike ride to the beach was perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful outdoor hot tub. It’s was such a great house for family. None of us wanted to leave! Akers group was incredibly communicative and helpful with the smallest of questions. It was truly a vacation experience. Highly recommend!

Summary: The house was exactly as advertised. Very spacious and well presented. Good, capable and responsive property managers. We cooked in every night so the lack of local restaurants was irrelevant to us as a big family. Recommend!

Summary: My in laws have been coming to Kiawah for 42 years and they said this is by far the best home we’ve stayed in. Perfect views all throughout the house, beds very comfortable and kitchen is so very well stocked. Thank you again and will be coming back
