Summary: My two friends and I were fortunate enough to be able to spend 18 sun-soaked days in this beautiful residence. The house was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the property was maintained to a high level. The private pool was wonderful for quiet relaxation, and on the few rainy days we had, the covered patio allowed us to sit outside. The distance to downtown and the beaches is easily walked to within 10-15 minutes, although there is a bit of a hill coming back that will give your cardio a workout. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful and the cleaning staff were excellent. Being in a gated community certainly gives you a feeling of ease, and the back up power was definitely a bonus the few times the rest of the city was blacked out. Overall we had a wonderful and relaxing vacation and thank the owners and staff for providing us the opportunity to stay here. I would highly recommend this residence to others. Albert
