Air conditioning in all 5 bedrooms is included at no charge and all electricity is free. You now have the option of adding AC in the living room during your stay. We offer it only as a convenience to our guests. Current cost is $25 per night. The jacuzzi is free unheated and costs $180 heated.

Summary: I'll admit, I'm somewhat biased. I've stayed at Tracey's properties before and I'll start by saying that you will be hard pressed to find a more attentive and accommodating host and support staff than Tracey and his team. We rented a car for convenience but the property location does not demand it. The main strip, grocery store, beach, casino, restaurants, almost everything you might need is within a 10 minute walk. The views, gated security, pool, Jacuzzi, and wifi all exceeded expectations. All of the listed amenities were as advertised. Where I would leave room for improvements are some of the niceties that I have come to expect from Tracey (no safe yet). Not that anyone goes on vacation to watch TV, but we found the single TV / entertainment and sitting area a bit underwhelming for a property this size. It may still be impressive compared to some of the other rentals in the area complete with a small DVD collection but when I stay with Tracey I have come to expect excellence. Also, some of the furnishings were in the process of being upgraded as I understand the property has recently changed hands. While in town we enjoyed a number of activities and restaurants, sorry I can't remember them all but Bailey's was the most consistent for food, and Mofongo King on the beach (with wifi). If you play poker check out Playa Chaquita Casino in the evenings for an action no limit hold 'em tournament and cash game. For dancing Kvair and Classico were both a great time. Also if you don't mind getting a little dirty you can negotiate the 3 hour 4 wheeler tour with some fun terrain and scenic routes for around $60 USD per person (we weren't very tough negotiators so perhaps you can do better). I would not hesitate to recommend this property to friends or relatives.
