Summary: We found this home to be satisfactory for our purposes (two nights in Bloomington), but slightly tired. The beds were comfortable and clean, and the house had all of the little things that we needed (tea, paper towels, etc). I didn’t understand why there were three sofas and two coffee tables jammed into the front living room, or so many old bath mats in the bathrooms. It was fine though, and host communication was excellent.

Summary: The listing said “hot tub.” There is no hot tub. It said, “linens provided.” There were plenty of towels but only two wash cloths for six adults. The king-sized bed downstairs was listed accurately. But there were no heating vents. That would have been good to know before we booked it in December. The kitchen had few mixing bowls or cooking utensils. We improvised what we didn’t bring. It is a nice house in a quiet neighborhood very close to IU. Seating space was terrific.

Summary: Spacious house. Very clean. Loved the screened in back porch. Minutes to walk and drive to IU campus. Minutes to retail shops, college mall and lots of eatery places. It was a perfect place to stay during move in week at IU.

Summary: Traveled with four kids, my little one slept with us and the older kids all had their own room which was very much appreciated by them. Two living rooms separated by a hallway, so my little one can watch TV while the older ones did some homework in the other living room. Home is clean and well kept. Had great time with the stay, recommended!
