Summary: We gave a good review because on arrival we were notified that the water pipes were frozen. We had no water till the next morning. But the hosts were very good about keeping us informed and helping us out with additional water jugs for use during the night. If not for that, the cottage was comfortable and the yard was great for our 2 dogs and grandson to play. We enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful time!

Summary: We had such a great little getaway in this sweet cabin. It was fully stocked with everything you many need, including a fresh pound cake waiting for us on the counter! We only left once to go snow tubing in Mars Hill, but the rest of our time was spent just relaxing, watching movies, and making s'mores around the fire pit! Highly recommend

Summary: Like staying at Grandma’s house! Sweet little cottage in a private location. Plenty of room in yard for children or a dog to run (the yard is not enclosed). There are four grocery stores nearby, and it is very convenient to Weaverville and 20 minutes to Asheville (with no traffic). The kitchen is well-supplied. We spent most of our time in the cozy living room.

Summary: We had a completely wonderful much needed time away at Rabbit Hollow. Everything was just as described and the owners were very friendly and caring. Great communication! They even left us some tasty pastries. They left us supplies for s'mores as well! Bonus…we got to see fall colors and snow! Our teens had a blast making a snowy bonfire and building a snowman. The cabin is great, quiet, and secluded which was very nice. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. We were able to enjoy a Thanksgiving feast. It’s just a short drive into town. Weaverville is one of our favorite places. Blue Mountain Pizza is a must for us. We were able to enjoy a couple of days at the Biltmore doing all things Christmas. Black Mountain is open and wanting visitors. Downtown Asheville is as well. We were able to visit and support many places that we love in the area. We also enjoyed a short drive to the Arboretum to enjoy Winter Lights. We are already planning a summer trip and would 10/10 return to Rabbit Hollow!

Summary: Enjoyed our stay - the cottage is out of way, but not far from town, peaceful and has a great garden. It was a good base to spend some family time while one of the kids is studying at UNC Asheville and way better than a hotel.. Really enjoyed the pie, thank-you..
