Positive: We were given the address and door code ahead of our arrival. The house is spacious enough for several guests and the common area is great for gathering. The view from the front porch is fantastic!
Negative: The grass was high due to having a mower on a contract every 2 weeks. There were large food scraps in the yard. The interior was painted with flat paint which is very hard to keep clean and shows stains. A different finish is being using these days by homeowners that is easy to clean and therefore looks nice all the time.
Summary: The property manager was great to communicate with and very helpful. We had a great time!

Negative: a bear got into our trash, but our host was there within the hour to pick it all up. obviously that was out of his control and he was so accommodating.

Positive: I liked the value for the price we paid and I liked the location being in an accessible distance from Asheville. I also liked how modern the property felt which made it feel really cozy!
Negative: The hand soap dispensers weren’t filled before we got there and the washing machine produced sopping wet clothes at the end of each cycle. That could have been us but we put it through multiple spin cycles to try to make it better and it didn’t work.
Summary: Overall was very nice especially for the exceptional price we paid, but smaller kinks just need fixed!

Negative: Was mighty dusty and caused some sneezing for one of us that has severe allergies.
