Featuring a mix of antiques original to the Manor and contemporary furnishings, this one-bedroom, one-bathroom ground-level studio apartment offers a whirlpool tub/shower combination*, fireplace, kitchenette with microwave & coffee makers, and more, including high-speed internet and a large screen Roku TV with Spectrum's new streaming app, offering 250 live channels. As part of the the Manor on Main complex the Forest Studio is situated on a 3/4-acre picturesque lot boasting stately grounds with a beautiful herb and flower garden. The separate accommodations may be rented individually for an intimate getaway or together, for a larger gathering or special event.
* Please be aware that seniors or individuals with mobility issues may have difficulty using the whirlpool tub/shower combination in the Garden or Forest Studios, as the step over may be too high to safely negotiate. There are secure grab bars to assist in entering and exiting the tub, but you need to be aware that this situation may present a problem if you have mobility issues.

Summary: The owners of this property go out of their way to make things right when the best of plans go wrong. In an unexpected hiccup that gave me lots of stress upon check in, they went above and beyond to make everything right. I can’t thank them enough for their response and they even checked on me the next day. Great people! Cute cottage room amongst a group of other cottages with beautiful gardens. It was easy to sleep in late. Great location too. Perfect choice in Weaverville!

Summary: The property was quiet as we may have been the only visitors on the days we were there. Grounds were beautiful and room and bed was comfortable. So nice to be walking distance from restaurants. Window AC unit was not highly effective as humidity from showering was still present in the room when we returned later in the day (we left it on while we were out.) Be aware that you will probably need to add about $70 to the cost listed as once you try to book you will be forced to buy an expensive insurance policy at $69, or be willing to give the property owner $1500 to hold until you leave. I found this insulting but booked anyway.

Summary: This place was perfect for the 2 of us. It had everything we needed for our weekend getaway. Downtown Weaverville is within walking distance. Asheville is just a short drive. We will definitely be coming back!

Summary: Cute little studio. Everything we needed to stay for a few days and see the sites. Close to great hiking trails, 10 minutes from downtown Ashville. Plenty of amenities and just a walk from the Main Street shops of Weaverville.
