Positive: Cute very clean and good location.
Negative: Full length glass door with flimsy see through curtain that let anyone on the outside see in. Especially houses across the canal since the bed is in line with door and with light on was a clear view. Had to hang a beach towel on rod at night for privacy. Internet did not work at all. So no tv or ability to play video games for grandson. Vacassa responded immediately but after multiple attempts every time we returned to room still no luck. I wasted way too much time on this. Needed to list that coffee maker was Keurig. There was no blanket. Pictures showed couch and chair. There was only a loveseat. Nothing - chairs ect on patio as shown .Said they would notify you if early check in was available, it was and they didn’t. I plan and prepare for my vacations and arrive with everything I will need so I don’t waste time running to store ect. Would like to have an accurate description of property to make a good choice.

Positive: Clean. Washer and dryer. Place to sit outside.
Negative: No where to lay suitcases or hang up clothes. The clothes rod and hangers in the bathroom were seven feet from the floor, and could only have be reached if a step ladder had been provided. No indoor table to sit at; and chairs weren’t high enough for anyone to sit at the coffee bar. Quite inconvenient! Kitchen cupboards were installed MUCH too high! Most of the shelves and items on them could not be reached. (We are not short.) It seems like the contractor who designed this really messed up, or assumed everyone renting it would be 7 feet tall!
Summary: Would be a great place if intelligent changes are made.
