Paradise Point by Bailey Vacation Properties is our 5th Perdido Key Property in a quiet neighborhood in Perdido Key, Florida and provides PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS for the neighborhood AND backyard access to BOATING ON THE OPEN WATER. The neighborhood is surrounded by the sanctuary of Perdido Key State Park, which adds to the peacefulness. Come relax on the uncrowded beach, swim in the PRIVATE HEATED POOL, fish off the backyard TREX dock, hit the volleyball around, and park YOUR BOAT or a RENTAL Boat on the water right in the backyard! *All pools heated March 1 - November 30th*
If the exclusiveness of the neighborhood isn't enough to draw you in, this luxurious 7 bedroom/ 5 bath house and a PRIVATE HEATED POOL with a Tiki Bar, in-pool seating, splash pad, HOT TUB, and Huge TV certainly will. Short Walk, Bike, or ride from the front door to the ocean. Park your boat or rental at the dock behind the house for the duration of your stay...and explore all that the waterways of Orange Beach, Perdido Key, and Pensacola have to offer.
For your beach outings, we provide a commercial Icemaker, cooler with wheels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys, and a wagon with off-road tires to tote your belongings. For waterway play, we provide 2 kid kayaks, 2 adult kayaks, and a SUP stand up paddleboard! For your boat, we provide pilings to tie up multiple boats, with power and water at the dock. For large groups, we have 4 other houses in the neighborhood VRBO #s 1470646 sleeps 20, #2146665 that sleeps 16, 1679216 that sleeps 14, and #2145195 that sleeps 22. Between all of them, we can accommodate 102 people.
There is ample covered and uncovered seating on the spacious balconies, tiki bar, Trex and pool decks. Ring Toss, Bocce ball, Bean Bag corn hole boards, and a PUTTING GREEN are provided for guest entertainment. The volleyball court provides fun for all! 2 Tennis & 6 Pickleball Courts in the neighborhood!
The entire 7 bedroom 5 bath house has recently been remodeled top to bottom with coastal finishes and high-end furnishings. All bedrooms feature memory foam mattresses or Tempurpedic memory foam mattresses to ensure a restful night's sleep. Professional Series stainless appliances are in the kitchen, which is fully stocked to cook and serve your guests.
Both living rooms feature ample seating with 75" 4k HD TVs. The Gameroom has a 65" 4k TV. There is also a 75" 4k TV outside in the Sunken Bar by the Pool! All the bedrooms feature 4k TVs. All TVs have voice command remotes with YouTube TV service provided. Streaming Services all available. There is super fast wifi internet throughout the house.
Short drive from the house to Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, and Pensacola.
Local Golf Cart and Boat Rental company references are available

Summary: Truly amazing; it seemed we found something everyday to be unexpectedly available/provided!Our concierge-contact was always helpful (as in when we couldn't get the hot tub heat going).The pool area is so wonderful that most decided to just take a pass on going to the beach.It surpassed anyplace we had ever stayed before!

Summary: We had 4 sponsors and 13 teenagers here for 5 days for these kids senior trip . They had a blast , the house was perfect for keeping them entertained when they were done at the beach . They were outside , off their phones and soaking up all the perfect weather we had ! This place is absolutely perfect !

Summary: It’s a very nice property. Everything was in great condition.We have had our family reunion for forty years in a row , except for one year during Covid. It’s always been at a beach house until this year. Several members weren’t happy with not having direct beach access. This will probably lead to a change. If this house was on the beach we would likely be returning.

Summary: Loved absolutely everything about the property! They had everything we could’ve needed, beach toys, chairs, cozy beds, clean space, great showers, an ice maker, just a short walk from the beach and so much more! We absolutely loved our stay in this spacious home! The hosts and concierge were so helpful along the way, thankful for all the assistance during our stay!

Summary: Celebrated father-in-laws 95 birthday with entire family (18). Excellent house set up for all of the families and kids. Beautiful location on inlet with close walk to beach. Lots of activities (toys) for all to play. Perfect time with our family. Host was excellent and easy to work with at anytime.

Summary: We stayed at Paradise Point for a family reunion. The house and location were amazing! Super clean with great access to the beach. We enjoyed using the pickleball courts, pool, and kayaks. The kitchen was well stocked. We would highly recommend this house or any rentals that are owned by Bailey Vacation Properties. We have stayed in many VRBO's and this is the best one yet. Lindsey was highly responsive to any questions we had. Loved how close it was to the beach and other local shops. We were a group that ranged from 3yrs-72yrs and there was something for everyone to do. We hope to be back!

Summary: This amazing vacation home deserves 6 stars!! I can't say enough about it. We stayed for 6 nights. Plenty of room for 18 adults and 6 children. The outdoor space was amazing and indoors beautiful and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds luxurious and the master bathrooms exceptional. Lindsey was very responsive. I highly recommend this property!

Summary: We loved staying at paradise point. Family came together for a beach wedding. The pool was everyone’s favorite! It was perfect! We used the cornhole boards, beach volleyball, even took the kayaks and paddle boards out. Saw dolphins in the cove while kayaking! Host is very response. With any questions, we were able to reach out and received response right away. Definitely will keep in mind for future family trips. We have already passed Paradise Point onto coworkers and friends after showing pictures!!
