The luxury holiday villa is located on the edge of a vast forest on a private plot of 2600 m². Enjoy the panoramic view from the terrace.
The villa is divided into 2 identical parts, which are individually equipped as 8-person holiday home. You can also rent both holiday apartments so that you can stay with groups of up to 16 people. Each part has a total surface of 90 m².
This 8-person holiday home has 4 bedrooms and a living room. There are 2 bathrooms one with a bath. The cozy living room has a wood stove and is adjacent to the open kitchen. There is also a large dining table for 8 people. Our villa is fully equipped to have an enjoyable stay in this beautiful environment. For example, the kitchen includes an oven and dishwasher. There is a flat screen LED TV (incl. DVD player) is present with all Dutch channels, and the villa has central heating. In and around the house, you can use WIFI. If you create the cozy wood stove is more than enough wood available.
The bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed. Also one of the bathrooms with walk-in shower is located on the ground floor. On the first floor there are 3 separate bedrooms which offer enough privacy. One bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with two twin beds and one bedroom with bunk bed. A cot is available on request.
On the spacious terrace you can make use of the barbecue and enjoy dining on the outdoor table with chairs. For children in the garden every opportunity to live out on the spacious lawn, the trampoline or at the ping pong table. Furthermore, they can build in the forest cabins and romp in the creek. For adults, the garden gives you the opportunity to unwind on a lounger or a walk among the trees and in the woods. In short, everything to enjoy the Ardennes!

Summary: Garden was beautiful. With large sweeping lawns. House was good enough, a little on the small side. Pool was very cold, even on the hottest days (30°c) the water only got to 22°c. Main reason I rented the place was because of the pool, but sadly hardly got to use it.

Summary: Lovely fully-equipped holiday home with a spacious garden and excellent outdoor swimming pool. We’ve really enjoyed our stay. Lots of things to do for our kids, with the pool and trampoline and all sorts of games to play.

Summary: The check in process and communication with the owner went very smoothly. She was very welcoming and helpful. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. The house is just the right size with a big beautiful garden. The swimming pool area is really nice, unfortunately being such a big open garden it was very windy and cold to swim, so at the end we only used it twice for like 30 minutes each time out of a whole week (maximum outside temperature was around 21°C). We did have a problem in the house, and it wasn't small at all. Downstairs in the living area was always FULL of flies (I'm talking around +50 flies hanging around you). While outside we couldn't see any flies, it looked like they were all inside. The first two days we tried to be outside as much as possible because it was unbearable, but when it got too cold we were forced to get inside anyways. So on the third day we bought this huge spray can to kill them risking our own health since this is really toxic. It was super effective, so we started to clean to avoid new ones coming in. This is when we noticed that the kitchen cabinets had never been cleaned, they were all super sticky. We got all decorations like cushions and plastic flowers out of the house. But still a few ones kept finding their way in, always hanging around the sofa. So, we wouldn't come back to this house just because of the flies problem.

Summary: What a fantastic two weeks. The house was very pretty and set in an ideal location to use as a base to visit the surrounding towns and attractions. We were made to feel very welcome by our hosts and the communication by email before our holiday was very good. There were four adults and four children in our group and we were all very content with the facilities for us all. The children made use of the large garden, especially the trampoline and table tennis. The weather we had was of two halves, first week was a little wet and the second was very sunny indeed, however the rain in the first week made no difference whatsoever as the surrounding area is just so peaceful and idyllic that we were still able to sit outside under some shelter and enjoy the natural surroundings all around, it was beautiful and we could hear the Million voices of nature. On just a short walk into the woods two of us also managed to see a Deer!! We would recommend this property to anyone, families, adult groups. With two toilets and showers we were able to have a bathroom for each family which was very useful. We can not thank our hosts enough, despite visiting lots of places we always felt at home the moment we arrived back at the house. We would not hesitate in returning again.
