Back at the house, you'll find all the comforts of home and more with 1700 s.f. all on one level. 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, and a 2 car garage. Home is freshly painted and feels brand new with most all new fixtures and furnishings.
Whip up delicious meals in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with a new stove/ oven, new refrigerator, Blackstone grill, coffeepot, coffee presses, air fryer and dishwasher. Summary: Great property with very updated amenities! Great location, my son goes to UT so we came to visit and go to the game. You are on the outskirts of Knoxville but still close enough to enjoy downtown and you don’t have to worry about all the West Knoxville traffic. I thought the location was very convenient! The hosts were outstanding and readily available if needed. We will be coming back!!!

Summary: Our stay at this house was great on so many levels! The reason we chose this house was mainly for the location being close to the event where we were going. But for our family (of 7), the rooms and spaces were just right! The 3 bedrooms are spacious with plenty of drawers and closet space. The kitchen was well stocked. The laundry accommodations were used daily lol. The little sunroom space was great for the kids to play or do an activity! The host, Mary, was in communication with us and was available the whole time to make sure we had everything we needed. She even put some extra touches in the house with books, toys, puzzles/games, and a couple snacks for the kids, which we greatly appreciated! In short, we loved our stay and would stay again! We also gave the listing to some friends in the area for their relatives and friends to stay at! Thanks for a great time, Mary!
