Positive: Great little house! Comfortable bed, lots of extras provided - spices, oils, toiletries, etc. Owner is super nice and very accommodating!
Negative: The things I didn’t love were expressed to the owner, and she’s working on them! The amazing bathtub does use up all the hot water pretty quickly, but she’s looking into water heaters just for that area. To be clear, there are people living upstairs, and you can definitely hear them if you’re in the living room/kitchen area. The primary bedroom is under their garage, so this isn’t an issue when you’re trying to sleep.
Summary: Pet friendly, lovely owner, great bathtub, easy parking, comfortable house!

Positive: The property is in a quiet, safe neighbourhood and access to the place was via a combination code so no worry about losing the keys. I had family 5 mins away so the location was perfect. The inside is clean and lovely and although you can hear the owners upstairs it had minimal effect. There is all the necessary equipment to allow for cooking which was helpful.
Negative: I was travelling with an elderly parent with mobility issues. The property advertises "facilities for disabled guests" which, I assume, refer to the bathroom features, however, access to the property is via stairs only. Also the bedrooms are down further steep stairs. We were able to overcome this and it did not adversely affect our stay.
Summary: Lovely, comfortable, safe location. I really do recommend the place.
