This welcoming, large 1200 Sq ft. newly renovated 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condo in the quaint Cherry Grove area of North Myrtle Beach is just 1 block from the beach and features 2 private balconies with spectacular views.
This newly renovated, large 3rd floor 2BR, 2BA walk-up condo features a warm décor including a new, nicely appointed living room and a 70”Smart HDTV, new washer and dryer, queen sleeper sofa with gel foam mattress, and new wall mounted smart TV in both bedrooms. The master has a queen been bed, private bathroom and direct access to a deck. The second bedroom has 2 twins and also has direct bathroom access. The back deck overlooks the marsh and has an ocean view. The front deck has a Cherry Grove and also has an ocean view. The new renovation includes a new stove, ceiling fans, TV’s, living room furniture and water fixtures. It is just 1 block to the beach and a great quiet place for your vacation or quick get-away! Garage is under the building and has a 6’8” clearance. No golf carts, motorcycles permitted on grounds per HOA.

Summary: Great, quiet neighborhood and just a block from a beautiful beach. Short drive to stores and restaurants. Exactly what we were expecting. Condo has most of what you would need for a comfortable vacation. We would definitely stay here again next time we’re in town.

Summary: We had an amazing weekend at our favorite beach. It was our second time staying here and it is a great location and just a short walk to the beach. Property was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had and easy to communicate with. Hope to come back again!
