Panoramic views that go on for miles can be seen in both directions from this top floor end unit in an elevator building offers that "penthouse floor" feeling. Only 4 stories in the building, and you are on the 4th. Very spacious one bedroom/one bath that comes completely furnished - dishes, linens, cookware and more! The bath is a jack-and-jill style from the master to the hallway with vanity and sink in master bedroom/and vanity-sink in the bathroom. Unit offers plenty of light, an open floor plan between the kitchen and living room, and plenty of extra storage in the Master bedroom. View from the balcony. Summary: Clean right on beach. Plenty of everything. Free washer and dryer on premises.

Summary: Pros: Great location! Owners have put a lot of work into modernizing the condo and it shows! It was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. It had beautiful view from the deck over looking the beach. Good beach location…it wasn’t too crowded! Not shown in listing, but it has both a regular coffee pot and a Keurig coffee maker. Con: Not a huge deal, but…..While the condo had almost everything you needed, I was surprised it didn’t have a big pot and a strainer for making pasta. There were only two small, about 2 qt size pots. However, there were 2 bigger skillets, so I managed to break spaghetti noodles into smaller pieces and cooked them in one of the skillets. I heated meatballs and spaghetti sauce in the other skillet. A couple bigger pots would have been helpful.

Summary: Beautiful view up and down the beach! Nice finishes, big tv. The extra vanity was great addition. Nice appliances. Sean was great to work with. We will rent again.

Summary: Spent a week here Sept 15th-22nd. Property is as advertised, building very quiet at this time of year. The condo is very nice, everything worked as it should, bed was very very comfortable. View from the balcony is very impressive, great place for morning coffee. We had a great week and would look to stay here again in the future.
