Summary: Walk to beach where huge turtles came each day to "nap," and to Mama's Fish House. Could use updating and sliding door repair. Wasn't able to get WiFi for TV nor phone.

Summary: I would recommend this unit. It’s nothing special or luxurious, but it is cozy, comfortable and just steps away from the beach. Look at the photos, read the reviews; it is what you would expect it to be. The laundry facilities are in a separate building and you can pay with change or credit card. No elevators.

Summary: We spent a week of summer holidays. The stay was great. The appartment is very comfy and roomy. The only problem was a few insects around, especially when we first got in.

Summary: Great apartment and property! Short walk to a small beach cove where turtles frequent. Space was clean and had every amenity possible from a laundry basket, to cell phone chargers, sunscreen, and plenty of linens. AC cooled well and was available in both the living room and bedroom areas. Full kitchen was great to have with most all food places closing by 5pm. Bed was very comfortable and large closet offered length of storage space. Would absolutely stay here again when in the Paia!
