This exceptional modern condo is freshly renovated with a relaxing modern atmosphere and fully equipped with everything you need to have an epic Maui vacation.
The master bedroom is cozy and minimalistic and features Japanese style Shoji sliding doors and ample closet storage with quality touches such as solid wood hangers. The bed features an extra deluxe comfortable yet firm, mattress so you wake up energized and ready for the day.
The bathroom is an inviting haven where you can wash off the adventures of the day under a deluxe rain shower.
Travertine floors give the unit a warm beach vibe contrasting the soothing ocean tones and surf décor. The hand plastered walls are decorated with beautiful original oil paintings depicting Maui's ocean seascapes.
The unit is equipped with an ultra silent A/C system, large flat-screen TV, refrigerator, oven, coffee maker, and modern glass induction range with space for people to comfortably dine on at the stylish modern bar.
Your very own private lanai overlooks palm trees, swaying over the communal grass lawn. Mama's beach is only a 2 min walk, making this a truly surf in / surf out location!
Our building was constructed in the 1960s and offers vintage Hawaii charm. Please note, our building does not have elevators, however our condo is easily accessible up just one short flight of stairs.

The amazing Kuau Store and Deli - a great option for a healthy delicious breakfast, lunch or fresh brewed morning coffee or smoothie, they also have basic groceries, sunscreen etc - is only 2 min down the road.
The unit is also only a 3 minute drive from the heart of Paia Town and Baldwin Beach Park, with boutiques, cafes and restaurants to fulfill your heart’s desire.
The world famous Mama’s Fish House Restaurant and Bar is just a 30 second walk across the backyard in a beautiful setting right on the beach. Dip your toes in the sand and relax at the most iconic restaurant on the island.
Transport:
A rental car is highly recommended for your Maui vacation. The island is small but destinations are spread across the island so a car will be essential to maximizing your experience.

Summary: The place was fine, easy parking, one flight of stairs to apt. The decor can be a bit more dialed in as it doesnt look as nice as photos. Overall a satisfactory place to stay.

Summary: Very nicely renovated and decorated. Definitely walk over to Mama's Fish house if you stay here as they take walk-ins at the bar if they have room. The close little beach is very nice as well, there were turtles there every time we went which was very cool to see.

Summary: Nice one bedroom end unit on 2nd floor of three story condo building. Just a short stroll to a nice little beach located next to famous Mama’s Fish House. Short drive to Paia in one direction and Ho’okipa Beach in the other. Also short walk to a small grocery store with excellent Poke Bowls and bottled wines. The condo had everything I needed and was very clean. It’s located right on Hana Highway, so you will hear the early morning traffic heading to work. If you’re an early riser it’s not a big deal. I didn’t find it to be a hindrance to my enjoyment of the property. I would not hesitate to book this unit again.

Summary: We very much enjoyed our stay at this excellent 1 bed/ba place. Quincy was very responsive. Apt was clean, nicely decorated, great appliances, amazing location. Really nice to be away from the main touristy areas. 10/10 recommend.

Summary: This is a nice apartment to use as a base if you're doing the Road to Hana or want to spend your days out and about on the island. There's a great general store/cafe in walking distance with wonderful coffee, pastries, smoothies, poke, and sandwiches. (A good spot to get picnic items if you're headed to Hana). The downtown of Paia is a short drive away (great food and vibes). This apartment is also an incredibly short walk to Mama's Fish House, which is definitely worth the splurge (get a reservation!) if you're staying here. The apartment itself is as described. Clean and convenient. I'm picky about beds and found this one to be comfortable. We also appreciated the ceiling fan in the bedroom and the A/C unit which kept the whole apartment nice and cool. While the bed is comfortable, I wouldn't say this apartment is one where you want to spend a lot of time hanging out in it. There's limited seating in the living room and the patio table outside is absolutely fine, but it's more basic vs. a comfy place to lounge. But since there is a great beach behind Mama's fish house within walking distance, that's where you'll probably hang out anyway if you aren't out and about on the island or in downtown Paia. (The one thing I will note is that we were disappointed they no longer have beach chairs that you can take with you to the beach. They do however have beach towels). We stayed here for 2 nights as a base for the Road to Hana and it worked out great for us.
