This newly constructed 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome is AIR CONDITIONED and located on the north end of downtown Durango. It is the perfect home base location that allows you easy access to Durango and the Great Outdoors. Just 4 miles to the heart of downtown and 25 miles to Purgatory Ski Resort. Note: THIS IS A 30 DAY RENTAL ONLY!
Crimson Cliff neighborhood includes a beautiful private park area with great views and is just down the street form the new Oxbow Park & 100-acre nature preserve. A friendly reminder before you book your stay, is to remember we are trusted to manage independent and family-owned homes. We simply ask that you treat these homes and properties with the same respect that you would expect one to treat yours. Due to a recent uptick in unauthorized guest, pets and gatherings. We are implementing a strict "one strike" policy for any guest that are found having any unauthorized gatherings, pets or guest with them in the home. Failure to disclose any of the stated above will result in immediate termination of stay with no refund being issued for unused nights.
Please note that most properties are outfitted with outdoor security cameras.
Cancellation Policy:
If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that are made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival will receive a 100% refund minus a $250 cancellation fee. Between (29) days and fifteen (15) days before arrival, guest will be refunded 50% of the reservation amount. (14) days or less to arrival, no refunds given.
For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date to receive a 100% refund minus a $250 cancellation fee Cancellations made between thirty one (31) days in advance of your arrival and (59) days will receive a 50% refund.
Trip insurance is available for purchase and is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this property. Stairs weren't a hassle. It was equipped with everything we needed, and then some. The pups loved playing out in the back at the mini-dog park. We met many neighbors that live in the complex, very friendly. The garage was a plus.

Summary: We had an amazing time at this very nicely decorated and very clean condo! The furniture was very comfortable and cozy, including the beds. We had all of the small necessities needed in the kitchen, laundry and for cleaning. The location was great...just outside of the hustle and bustle of the downtown area, and closer to nature. We got to experience so much of the outdoors using the condo as a home base. The Animas river trail, Durango Hot Springs, Purgatory, hiking, biking, white water rafting, Million Dollar Highway, downtown shopping and restaurants. Thank you for a great vacation!

Summary: We were visiting family in Durango as well as hitting the slopes of Purgatory. Crimson Cliffs is conveniently located north of town with quick access to all Durango has to offer and brings you closer to Purgatory. The condo was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The kitchen was stocked with all the resources to make our meals. The washer & dryer allowed us to keep up on our laundry during our stay. The beds are comfortable along with the couch as we watched the SuperBowl. There is a little backyard for your puppers with a doggie door if they are familiar. Plenty of towels and bedding. We even got to park in the garage! The views are excellent. The only caution is that there are steps, the main living area is on the second floor, with more bedrooms on the 3rd. We have a very old dog (16yo & 55lbs) we had to carry up and down the stairs to allow her to relieve. We had a couple of questions when we arrived, texted the property manager and received immediate assistance. We visit Durango often and will look for the availability of this condo each time.

Summary: Easy to reserve, beautiful, clean unit. We loved having a garage to unload hiking gear. Rode the trolley into Durango and back more than once-really convenient! We would definitely book again!

Summary: Great road and MTB riding right from the door. Open garage with plenty of storage for bikes and all your outdoor equipment. Place was super clean and great for cooking and hanging out with friends and family. Would definitely return and probably will next year if it is available.
