Summary: We really enjoyed the cottage and the hot tub and the outdoor seating and the views. The decor was adorable and we had everything we needed. The host was wonderful. She let me check in early and check out late which was so helpful because I was there for a triathlon and I was able to come back and shower. We will be back and we will stay here again.

Summary: Overall the place was perfect. The ONLY issue we had was on the listing it stated there was a king and double futon in the master, and a queen in the second room. Really it was a king in the master, queen in the second room and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Typically this wouldn’t bother me, but I hate when people have to sleep in a common area of the house.

Summary: My sister and I stayed here and had a great time. The access to the walking path along the Guadalupe River was just fantastic. The backyard is great and expansive. The house feels really private even with neighbors on each side. The house had all the amenities we needed and then some. Very comfortable beds and plenty of towels and linens. The hot tub, which we used as a cold tub, was a perk. We will definitely stay here again.

Summary: This home was the perfect home base for our hill country motorcycle tour weekend. Everything was very nice and we lacked nothing for our stay. The location was within walking distance of a few places and not far from Water St. No hassles, just clean accommodations at a fair price. We would stay here again on a future trip.
