Come stay with us and relax! Cozy Bungalow, rustic and elegant, located just a few blocks from downtown. In this one bedroom studio bungalow, (with pullout twin sofa sleeper) you will find luxury linens, electric fireplace, large flat screen TV, cable, WiFi, kitchen, washer and dryer, and multiple sitting areas-both inside and outside. Kerrville is a great base for motorcyclists, bicyclists and old car enthusiast - Texas Highway 39 hugs the Upper Guadalupe River, we are not actually on TX 39 BUT can serve as a great staging point for the rest of the Hill Country, no matter which direction you choose to go! We are close to Bandera, Leaky, Lost Maples State Park, Medina, Comfort, Ingram, Hunt, Fredericksburg, Luckenbach, Sisterdale, Boerne, the 'Three Twisted Sisters', etc.. You could even go on a day tour of the nearby wineries, breweries and distilleries - if you like, a limo will pick you up And drop you off right at our door!
Come back and relax on the covered front porch, while watching the deer go by or even on the patio.

Summary: This is such a great bungalow. Very comfortable bed. Very cozy and beautifully decorated. Snacks and all the amenities needed. Had a wonderful time.

Summary: This was hands-down one of the best vacation rentals I've experienced. On a holiday weekend and, unbeknownst to us, a weekend during the Kerrville Folk Festival, it was difficult to find a place for a weekend getaway that was both affordable and nice. This was both. Stay here, you won't be disappointed... we will definitely be back

Summary: I have stayed in rental properties from $50 to $1500 a night. The owner at this property has stocked the property with snacks, brochures, and food that is over the top. The efficient use of space is impressive. I required a unique parking situation, and it was accommodated without issue. When I go back to Kerville, this will be my preferred location.

Summary: This place is absolutely beautiful! Claire thought of everything anyone would need to stay. It really felt like a beautiful home away from home! She even had fruit and snacks upon our arrival! We really loved this place and Claire’s hospitality.

Summary: Clair and her husband are the sweetest VRBO hosts I've ever met. The suite was super clean. All that we needed was provided, and more! We were very impressed with Clair's attention to details. We truly felt at home. The bed was super comfy, too.

Summary: Wow. Where do I start? My husband and I rode our motorcycle from Houston, a 4.5hr ride to Kerrville on Labor Day weekend. Miss Clair communicated with us before arrival and let us check in SUPER early. She gave us a tour of her place and omg it's even more beautiful in person. She has thought of everything! She had fresh fruit out for us, snacks, starbucks drinks in the fridge, milk, ice cream, cereal, literally everything. For people who ride motorcycles, you know what a big deal this is. We are light packers and being able to just show up here and not have to leave to bring back groceries is fantastic. It's a pain to have to leave and pack food in the saddle bags and she made our trip extremely easy! She even gave us the option of a late check out, which is really unheard of. Her place was close to everything. Breweries, museums, restaurants, bars, etc. This place is a literal dream for motorcycle riders! Miss Clair and her husband are also riders, so they get it! ;) Thank you so much for your hospitality, we will be back!!

Summary: Accommodating Host managed the property well, brochure advertisement was accurate, had plenty of extension cords for electronics, and host provided extra touches including continental breakfast for your first morning which was nice after a long drive, including farm fresh eggs. Was a delightful experience and VERY clean! Loved the grilling area, too!
