Summary: We were very comfortable and enjoyed the peaceful setting. The house is well set up with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Close to lovely hill towns and many wineries. Excellent restaurant, Il Rientro in the village of Collemancio and pizzeria in Limione. Large grocery store in Cannara. Go to Bevagna for the best fresh pasta, bakery alimentari and a variety of delicious restaurants. The entire area is full of history. Assisi, Spello, Trevi, Montefalco, Foligno, Deruta, I could go on. The house was a great base and lovely to return to at the end of the day. Fabio was always responsive with advice and his Aunt very kind. Ciao and Grazie!

Summary: We found the property and location to be very quiet (apart from the chickens!) and relaxing. Loved the pool. Nice restaurant in walking distance (about 30mins up the hill)

Summary: We really enjoyed the house, swimming pool and the garden. Everything was lovely. The environment is beautiful and so much to see. We visited the restaurant in the village twice, we liked the simple but the very good dishes.

Summary: Fabio and his aunt Paola are wonderful hosts. This property is absolutely beautiful. The gardens are stunning and set amongst the family’s olive grove with a view of Assisi across the valley. There are small farm animals on site as well - chickens, rabbits, geese, even a peacock! It was quiet and relaxing. The house inside is very comfortable and well-equipped. You will need a car to get there and to reach nearby towns like Assisi, Spello, Trevi, Bevagna, Montefalco, etc. you will definitely want to stay here, and hopefully some day we will return as well! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Summary: Beautiful area - great food and wine. Fabio was brilliant - very helpful. Villa was beautiful and very well laid out. BBQ in garden - great! Pool was perfect and lit up at night time. Gardens around were managed daily and everywhere very clean. Great for families or just for a peaceful relaxing chilled out stay. Thank you Fabio - we would recommend you to our friends .

Summary: Our stay in this house was perfect. Great house with a pool. Its very quite. From this house it’s very easy to visit Perugia, Assisi, Spello, Montefalco and other towns. The arena is beatiful. An other tip is to go to restaurant Rientro. Is a 10 minute walk up the Hill next to the house. The communication with the owner was great. I defenitely recommend this house.

Summary: Very beautiful, and well equipped holiday house. Garden and pool was very private and well maintained. Host family was very friendly and helpful in making our stay enjoyable and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay in Collemancio.

Summary: This is a very new villa with a lot of light insight due to the big windows. It is located up the Hill, so you need to have a car, but in return you get a lovely quietness. There is a lot of space and chairs to live outside. In the area are a lot of Nice villages and cities to go to. Fabio the owner is very helphul if you have a question. We have had a great holliday, so I can recommand it 👍

Summary: Where to begin... This home was beautiful and the hosts were fantastic. Our GPS was leading us in the wrong direction. The hosts met us at a spot and led us in. We got lost the 2nd day and again, our host came to the rescue! This house is more than a place to lay your head. It is absolutely gorgeous and sits in some of the most beautiful, magical surroundings. Their attention to the guest was outstanding. Everything you would need to enjoy a stay in the Perugia area was readily available to us. The beds were comfortable, the home was immaculately clean and the grounds were breathtakingly beautiful. Fabio and his wonderful wife made our stay very relaxing and enjoyable. They gave us ideas where to eat and what to see. It was a stop between Napoli and Florence for us, and we needed the serenity to unwind for a few days. It was very hard to leave this home and I had to drag my sister away! She wanted to move right in and never leave. I know Assisi and Perugia are right in the area, but we mainly laid by the pool and soaked in the sun. Thank you for our wonderful experience.
