Away from boat traffic it is ideal for fishing, swimming, boating, and water sports of every kind. There are 3 courtesy docks available for overnight boat tie up; the closest is 100 yards away and within eyesight of the condo.
This relatively unknown little paradise on Lake Hartwell is protected too. Immediately adjoining is Sadlers Creek State Park. This 400 acre peninsula acts as a nature and wildlife preserve while offering a launch ramp, docks, camping, biking, walking trails, and some private sandy beaches if you explore!
