BIG MONTHLY DISCOUNT! 2 bedroom 2.5 bath condo with a small loft located in the town of Seneca SC. Views of beautiful Lake Keowee from 2 balconies and a cozy screened-in porch. The unit has Wi-Fi, nice large outdoor swimming pool with grilling area and boat slip that can be made available. This small quiet complex is conveniently located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains; only seven miles from Clemson University. Clemson is not just a quaint college town known for academics and sports; but also home of the John E. Walker Senior Championship Golf Course. We are a fifteen minute drive to numerous trails, scenic waterfalls and historic sites. Restaurants, grocery stores and Ram Cat Alley/downtown Seneca are literary minutes away. The Keowee Marina is five minutes down the road where you can rent a boat or grab a bite at one of the weekend food trucks. Keowee is one of the prettiest lakes in the Southeast with over 300 miles of pristine shoreline. To enjoy a longer stay our rates are significantly discounted. When making a reservation please indicate if you will also be needing a boat slip. No pets. But in case someone has an allergy; our short haired dog joins us at the lake.

Summary: A quiet, picturesque, spacious accommodation located immediately on the lake with a well equipped kitchen (so important during the pandemic when we hesitate to dine out) and other amenities such as a well stocked supermarket minutes away and some good restaurants for takeout as well. Walking the nearby hills were a challenge at first but soon became managable with repetition.

Summary: My husband and I stayed at Drexel and Sally’s property for the month of February 2021. They had just repainted the entire property along with new upstairs carpet, new master shower, and other improvements. The home is very comfortable and had everything we needed for a months stay. It was a great location near the Marina. We enjoyed being right on Lake Keowee. Drexel is a great host and is very quick to respond to any issues that arose during our stay and made sure those issues were resolved quickly. The neighborhood is great and people there are very friendly. I would highly recommend this property and we will definitely would stay there in the future when we are in the area in the near future.

Summary: This place was perfect for a winter visit with our Clemson Tiger! It's very clean, and the kitchen is well-equipped. We burned lots of wood in the stone fireplace, and enjoyed coffee on the porch with a view of the water. We hope to return next year!
