Summary: We were nine family members in Queretaro to visit other family members who live there. We were able to stay together in this nicely decorated, overall appealing hotel. The staff was unfailingly helpful, polite and endearing. We used the common areas a lot, including a roof top terrace that looks out onto colonial period structures. The hotel is in an especially nice part of the old city; it was a pleasure to wander through the cobblestones squares. I booked a massage and facial at Casablanca Narango’s spa. Angelina did a fabulous job on both.

Summary: If you are looking for a home with a big kitchen and dining room where you can cook and entertain large dinner parties, this is not your place. If you are looking to rent an entire hotel with staff and each room having its own bath, this place is awesome. We were in town with several families for a family event. We took advantage of the optional breakfast offered which was really yummy. Moreh and her staff were super attentive. The hotel with quaint courtyard, roof top with incredible views and central location was amazing. We took advantage of this for afternoon happy hours. Having an entire 6+ room beautiful hotel with staff all to yourself is really, really cool. --Russ
