Summary: It’s a comfortable hotel with a nice restaurant. Pros; excellent location, friendly staff, clean comfortable room. Cons; we had to ask for the hot water to be turned on each time we wanted to use it. Never did use the jacuzzi tub because of this. No coffee in the room.

Summary: The staff is beyond exceptional: gracious and incredibly helpful (thanks in particular to Perla but also Jesus and everyone there). The spa is outstanding. It was so fun to have our little respite paradise amidst the fun hubbub of the city before Christmas.

Summary: The owners have put a lot of thought into making their courtyards beautiful. Also liked the visiting cat. Would suggest more light in the room; much too dark. Also, a phone to reach the front desk.

Summary: We stayed for 2 nights at this hotel and it was surprisingly amazing! We were not expecting that much beauty! This is a true gem hidden in downtown Queretaro. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They have a cute bar and restaurant that you cannot miss. We definitely are coming back when we return to Queretaro, super recommended!
