Summary: Beautiful house, with very comfortable furniture and beds, everything is new, clean and nice! The walking distance to the beach is less than 3 blocks but you need to cross the road using a pedestrian crossing with a lot of traffic. Beach is a paradise and only a few houses around making it very private. There’re a few reasons I am rating this house as 4 stars instead of 5 and they are the following: No Beach accessories (towels, wagon, chairs) No Grill No outdoor shower Kitchen is limited equipped We only have 1 towel provided per person, we could definitely use more The listing describe that toiletries are just courtesy but having a little more would definitely save us for first night. Beside that, we will come back better equipped ourselves!

Summary: The house is in a fantastic neighborhood that's mostly quiet and has good access to beach and recreational activities. The only complaint I have is that the amenities within the home are very lacking. The cookware consists of 2-3 teflon pans that are so worn down they have to be hazardous to cook with, the teflon is so damaged that the pan is "furry" to the touch. We ended up purchasing a very inexpensive pan and leaving it there in the hope that future guests won't need to cook on the potentially toxic ones that were provided. Other than that the property comes as advertised and management was very responsive. They mention this in the listing, but you will need to provide your own toiletries and what not, which was not a major issue. Also note there is no grill at this location, which was odd for such a home. All in all I would higly recommend but please plan ahead if you want to cook anything there.

Summary: Spacious house convenient to boat launch and everything we wanted to do by water. Plenty of parking for all our vehicles and boat trailers. The dock in protected slip made it possible to leave the boats in the water. The management company responded very quickly to text messages. If you like your bedroom super cold at night don’t chose a bedroom on the 3rd floor.

Summary: The house was beautiful and perfect for our family of 11. We loved everything about the house!!! Cons: we did not receive information about the lock box code. I called the property manager but she did not have the information. Thankfully Megan came to the office, gave us the code, and saved our day!!!! I felt like the walk to the beach was misrepresented. The distance was longer, the road traffic was busy and fast, and there were NO crosswalks or sidewalks. We absolutely loved the house but we will not come back because of the dangerous route walking to the beach.
