Summary: I would suggest cutting the grass, cleaning the furniture, and letting people know the bathroom is far from the upstairs bedrooms. Comfortable beds, quiet neighbors, close to Marathon with awesome deli and store. Lakes are beautiful, but a little too far to walk to. No driveway.
