Positive: The location is excellent- a short walk to multiple beach access points and with a beautiful water view of Little Pond. Accommodations were comfortable and had everything we needed (except for beach chairs). Convenient parking, walkable or a short drive to dining, shopping, ferries.
Negative: A few minor things could be improved but there was nothing that impacted our stay in a negative way.
Summary: Cozy and comfortable ccommodation in an excellent location.

Negative: There was spiders and ants as well as the fridge was dirty and the coffee maker had spilled coffee on the counter.. we weren’t able to sleep in the bed. They were very uncomfortable so wasn’t the bedding. We actually bought our own blankets and slept on the couch and chair because it was more comfortable and definitely more comfortable beds because we did spend some time in the house and wish it was more up to date
Summary: Bubble view the beach that is close to is extremely rocky and the corner that you process is extremely dangerous. My kid

Negative: We ask for 1 hr. early hour of check in -we were not able to enter but, when we got there cleaning team was there and we were unable to enter 1 1/2 hours after check-in at 4 pm????
Summary: The place is so close to beach. We loved the stay the garbage looked like it should be taken out?
