Slow down and experience ‘Knot So Fast’ in Fairhope! Turn on your vacation mood in our tranquil home as you soak in the sound of nature and feel the stress melt away. Get ready to be pampered by this private retreat on the water as you enjoy the sound of nature and breathtaking views of sunsets from the porch swing bed. You will have the property all to yourself, including the use of our brand new pier. You might get lucky and experience a JUBILEE!
The house has an open floor plan with 4 roomy bedrooms and attached bathrooms that can accommodate 10 guests comfortably (8 adults and 2 children). There are two bedrooms on the highest floor with one queen bed in each room. The other two bedrooms are on the main floor, one with a queen bed and the other with ONE bunk bed.
Guests will have access to the entire property except the owner’s storage room on the highest floor will be locked and are not open to guests.
Our boat stays on the boat lift permanently. There may be times where we may take the boat out and will be parking our vehicle underneath the house during that time. We will not be accessing the interior of the house when it's occupied by guests. Most of our activities will be to load/unload the boat and will be limited to the pier house and to /from the vehicle. We will communicate with all guests in advance to coordinate arrival and departure time so there will be no surprises.

Summary: This is a beautiful home. I was impressed that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. This home had a very nice beachy decor, all the annementies you could possblibly need, a large sceened-in porch and a wonderful pier. The owner was very pleasant and kept in touch. We have rented bay houses for 14 of the past 18 years and this had been by far one of the nicest homes! We all had a great time and are looking forward to our next visit!

Summary: Beautiful home on the bay. We really enjoyed the sunsets from the pier. The host family was wonderful--responsive, hospitable, and available. Many wonderful amenities including soap, shampoo, and coffee! We hope to return soon.

Summary: We had three couples and all needed relaxation and beautiful sunsets. This was the perfect home. They had thought of absolutely everything and even more. There were even blue crabs in the traps off dock for our culinary enjoyment. Could not have asked for more.

Summary: This house is beautiful! Right on the bay with an amazing dock. Saw dolphins and tons of fish. Property is clean and beds were very comfortable. Our group was 5 women and we had plenty of space! Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Relaxing, comfortable and private. There are empty lots on both sides making the property more private than expected. We were 3 couples over the age of 60. Loved that 3 of the 4 bedrooms had their own full bathrooms. Huge plus! There was also a fourth bedroom and yet another bathroom off the kitchen. Must be able to climb stairs to get in which was not a problem for us but people should be aware. The screened in porch was definately the hangout! Plenty of comfy chairs as well as a swing. Our hostess was great, she kept in touch without being overly involved. A lovely home, thanks for sharing it with us.
